My room was not clean, there was a hole in the door from Day 1. I have photos that I can share as well.

Roaches everywhere th door was obviously kicked in prior unsafe place will definitely not stay here ever again thank goodness we left 2 hours in

Room 104 has a roach infestation.

Elevator wasn’t working, moved us from 3rd floor 2 beds to 1st floor one bed, door lock was not working so staff had to let us in each time, microwave did not work, killed a few roaches along the way.

No staff around to ask after hours and check in too longer than expected

There’s a lot to say about this property. But I’ll just say this first we walked in, checked in and walked out within five minutes of being on the property. We did not stay here. It is not safe for a variety of reasons and it is filthy dirty. On top of that the staff working there was not friendly and apparently everyone has quit so they had to bring someone from Houston to run the property for a while. The person running the property from Houston was not friendly herself when I would ask her questions she would repeatedly say I’m sorry ma’am I’m sorry ma’am and nothing else to even make me feel safe or like she was hearing me out. As I’m checking in with her, there is a man that repeatedly keeps talking to me about things from his past, which did not seem right and led me to believe he was on drugs or something. Also, when I was checking in, there ia a man being brought to the hotel in an Uber, unloading trash bags and things that fell out of his belongings were not something I wanted to be around. Me and my two kids left the property and did not stay here. I do not recommend this hotel for anybody. It is not safe and disgusting and no staff there was willing to have any kind customer service. One other thing I wanna note is the whole entire place smells like smoke.

They refused to uphold the reservation and canceled it while standing there.

I had a reservation and when I got there the lady at the counter told me there were no room available. There was alot going on at that property. The fire department and ambulance was there. The lobby was a mess.

They are just renovating and the fact that the floors are not carpet, it is a REALLY PLUS for me!

Fire exit alarm none stop, one entrance into the building with none from back of hotel where our room was to get to the car, staff seemed to dislike the hotel as much as we did, no towels in the room and kitchenette with no cook ware or utensils.

The staff was very short staffed but very accommodating and attentive. Just the whole building was not clean. Hope they can get staffed up, the poor lady behind the counter was doing everything they can to help everyone!
