Close to shopping areas and restaurant I had to pay a late fee without ever being told that I had a late until they locked my door

Exceptional

This is an extended stay hotel, and the "regular residents" leave something to be desired. The smell of marijuana was prevalent, we had to work our way past a dog fight in front of the entrance, there isn't even coffee in the lobby and the small lobby that is there was occupied by people with some extremely colorful language. If you don't mind this stuff and need a cheap place to stay on a game weekend, do so at your our peril.

Heather the manager was awesome. Heather was awesome, rooms not so much. Pictures show a couch in the suites none on site. 1st room was a queen size cot style bed foundation with a full size mattress, I paid for a queen bed. Next day the Manager moved us to a room with a real queen bed but again a cot style frame. Air conditioner in both rooms were loud. Building is nice on the outside but rooms need a lot of work.

Location The place is dirty , old and the entire hotel smell weed The elevator was not working I saw roaches in the room I didn’t feel safe in the place

I would not stay here again. I came with my daughter on a business trip and it felt very unsafe. There was homeless people sleeping in the reception area and people hanging out in the parking lot throughout the night. The staff was nice in the room was fairly clean, but overall did not feel safe.

There was no one there. No one answered the lobby phone so we had to go to a different hotel
