Our first room had a constant leak from the ceiling right above the toilet. You couldn't use it without being covered in whatever was coming out out of the vent, a yellow tint to it. We asked to switch rooms and they told us they would check to see if they could fix the problem first. Hours later we came back and to check and nothing was done. They ended up switching our room. Other than that the stay was okay. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was okay.

Upon arriving to our hotel appearance of outside of hotel and parking lot clean. Once entering clean and nice scent to the lobby. Lobby staff was very helpful and friendly while checking in and when needing additional help through out our stay. Once arriving to room, clean. Beds comfortable. AC worked great. Bathroom clean. Breakfast was good. My kids and I were able to enjoy our Texas shaped waffle. My husband was able to enjoy biscuits and gravy. Breakfast room clean and staff was present, refilling and cleaning. Nice pool.

Only stayed one night but everything was great.

Just a one night trip. Breakfast was on par but nothing to elaborate. Accommodations were good, place was clean, felt safe in the neighborhood.

The air-conditioner thermostat was all over the place. It was either too cold or the thermostat would not activate the AC. My kid had terrible allergies and was feeling sick after we stayed after at this place. It was extremely overpriced, for what we paid. We got the worst deal here. The towels were basically worn out rags, and frayed out. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The mattresses were mushy, though we managed thru. I tried to use the iron for pressing clothes, it had some plasticky residue on the hot surface which I did not notice first. This ruined my shirt, left some melted residue on the fabric! The windows were dirty, basically blocking the view outside. The stairwell was smelling like a dirty warehouse. God knows when they even cleaned this place. Expedia description said that they had a good breakfast, that was a disappointment too. The gym room did not even have proper drinking water, had a water fountain like they have at public restrooms. Whoever gave this place a good rating has no standards or have never stayed in an acceptable hotel. I felt scammed after staying at this place. It is a bit further from the main areas, next to a shopping area near a Home Depot. So I saw some workers and budget. conscious students staying in these rooms. I’ve stayed in downtown Austin in a branded hotel for much less than this cheaply run place.

We have stayed here many times over the years and always appreciate the staff. Day or night they are very helpful. The hotel has been there for awhile and is still neat, clean, and quiet.

The property was just ok overall. We had an issue with the room keys that failed to work four times in two days and we had to activate them each time. Once we asked for help, they sent a maintenance guy unexpectedly who opened the door after a quick knock. We were afraid and shouted. The guy left and we complained to the front desk. The person there did not want to accept or apologize for the mistake, which sounded rude. Regarding the breakfast, it was very simple and not anything special with hot water being cold and the waiter started to collect it around the end of time while we were sitting there. When we took shower for the first time, the conditioner was empty. So overall, the service and staffs were generally poor.
