Nice place to stay. Staff are amazing and friendly. Smooth checkin and checkout process. Enough breakfast. Overall we family felt this place is so good and with the price we paid.

Check-in was slow, and although we reserved two rooms, we were initially checked into only one. The second room was assigned on the opposite end of the hotel before staff corrected the mistake. Throughout the evening, children and teenagers repeatedly ran through the hallways yelling, and late at night groups attending a local football tournament were partying in the parking lot. Despite several calls to the front desk, the disturbances continued. There appeared to be little or no visible security. Around 12:15 a.m., a DoorDash driver was knocking on guest room doors trying to locate the correct room. It appeared outside delivery drivers had unrestricted access to guest floors, raising serious security concerns. The ice machine outside our room was also extremely loud. The room was dated, with mold in the bathroom, dirty tile, and no housekeeping service or fresh towels. Breakfast was unacceptable. We waited over an hour after arriving at 7:30 a.m. There was no orange juice or milk, the bacon was undercooked, and eggs took about 30 minutes to be refilled. Most concerning, despite having an approved 1:00 p.m. late checkout, a male employee unlocked and entered our room at approximately 12:45 p.m. without knocking or announcing himself. The staff were friendly, professional, and apologetic. Unfortunately, the hotel itself appears poorly managed and in need of significant improvements.

Clean room

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The facility is a little bit older and the room configurations are pretty strange. Bathroom was very tight, but did have a pretty nice shower and good flow rate from the showerhead. There was a safe present in the room. The bed being so close to the output of the HVAC unit made it difficult to maintain a nice cool temperature in the room without freezing while in bed. Breakfast options were slightly above average for hotel class.

Good breakfast options, but closes too early. 9:00 is too early. We are on vacation!!

Terrible experience

Great and Professional staff . Rooms are very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Everything was very clean and have a breakfast was pretty good 👍 selections.

You ask for

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and breakfast was good. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were hard. That was our only complaint. The staff was really helpful and kind.

If you stay more than (1) night housekeeping cleans every other day. We had to go to the front desk every day and request clean towels and coffee for the in room coffee maker.

Well, I did only one night. All the staff was great. Only one thing I couldn’t sleep because the AC unit was too noisy and loud.

As a place for my wife and I to stop for a few days in the area, she absolutely loved it and would gladly see us return again the next time we make our way back.

There was mold in our room and the AC unit smelled soured.

It was so convenient! We had other members of a party staying there and they all were very complimentary of your property!!!
