Comfort Suites University Drive

Very nice staff. Pool was clean and accessible which was important to my kid. Room was a little humid even with the air on but other than that great stay. We will be back in 2 weeks most likely

Nice place to stay. Good breakfast

Clean room with a few bugs. My hair dryer didn't work. The staff was friendly. Parking was good and breakfast was good.

I felt that the price was reasonable at the location. I could tell that the hotel was older but that there had been some renovations done. The customer service was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious but we unfortunately did encounter issues with the shower in the room. The faucet had been stripped so after we showered, the water would not turn off. The staff did come to try & troubleshoot but was unable to. Though another room was offered to us, there wasn't another double queen bed room available. We decided to stay in the room. Overall the stay there was fine. I do wish the hotel was more updated and the bathroom didn't have issues but it wasn't horrible.

Quiet. Pleasant. A/C worked well. Nice selection for breakfast. Found the bed and pillows a bit hard and didn't realize until we were leaving that we could have asked for softer pillows. All and all, very pleased with our stay.

Overall good place hot tub was not working

The front desk staff was rude and acted as if checking us in was an inconvenience. The elevator was out of order. Our toilet was clogged. We were given a plunger to take care of it ourselves. (We were never able to resolve the issue and dealt with this toilet problem all evening/night.) Remodeling is being done and loud construction noises started early Sunday morning.

The breakfast was good and the staff was accommodating and pleasant. The elevator was broken. The side door was unlocked. Didn't even need my key to get in. Very unsafe. We could hear the people above us. The sofa bed was not clean and linen was not readily available. The frig rattled and hummed. There was no TV in the master room.

Breakfast was good. The evening Front desk personal was not friendly. She could have cared less in helping the guests. If she was having a bad day she should have stayed home. When checking out the next morning the guy did not ask how our stay was or anything. Just saying checking out.

Nothing Everything

This is the first time I seen roaches!!!!! The staff was rude in addition. The elevator has been broken for months now from what I’ve been told.

Elevator was broke during our stay so we had to use the stairs. Carpets are stained and couch mattress had stains. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, location is great.

The size of the bed The elevator didn't work, the TV in my room was gone. It looked like someone dropped it out the wall and there was no soap in my room.

Mattress stained looked dirty!
