Comfort Suites University Drive

The property was in an awesome location with plenty of shops near by Our room had black mold the living room area of the room

The lobby and rooms were clean and the AC was great so room stayed cool. Rooms were a good size. The front desk staff didn’t really speak or acknowledge anything other than check in. No hello when people walked in. Always just sitting there and On their phones.

The smell was not good in the room

Clean and Safe

Very pleasant stay with comfy beds

Staff was not at front desk upon arrval. Upon departure staff couldnot print a reciept of zero balance on card that was placedon hold. Employee was not professional and did not know his job. He tried to argue his point by repeating his unprofessional answer. When asking his name he was rude and asked my name. I gave him my name and he wiuld not return the favor. He stated this washis part time job and i did not even know his full time job. He said he did not care and he did not know wgat else he could say but that i did not understand. He went on to say he was sorry that I did not understand. Staff is not in the field if hispitality it appears to be evident in the responses ofboth the day andnight staff front desk employees. 972 849 1034

It was close to my needs. It’s was dirty. Initially walking into the room I smelt mildew. The toilet handle was broken. The ac filters were filthy and beginning to mold. The shower enclosure had moldy conditions. My sheets were torn in two places. The pool was excessively dirty. I’m a professional commercial and residential real estate inspector and will not stay at this place again.

The only

Fire alarms not working, no ice machine on first floor or in breakfast area, check in lady was extremely unfriendly and not communicative, room was clean, room needed some minor maintenance upkeep

Exceptional

Good affordable place to stay in Aggieland

Clean and nice staff. Good location

Very good

Was looking forward to a much needed shower end of shift 11:30pm. There were NO towels left in the room. Never happened to be before, now at 68 yrs old! Clean hotel, just average breakfast menu…fake (chemical) creamers for coffee, no bananas, the least expensive yogurt offering…

Staff was friendly. Room met expectations, clean & comfy.
