The rooms were cleaned but drove about 7 hours and booked this hotel because of the pool. We checked in Wednesday night and nobody told us the pool was not working. Thursday morning I even asked staff if they had towels by the pool and said yes. Come to find out the pool was closed. Nobody mentioned to me or on their website the pool was not opened.

The room was hot, ac didn’t work great. There were kids running around all night screaming up and down the halls. Pillows were very uncomfortable. This is where we normally stay when we are in College Station, but will probably stay somewhere else next time.

Room smelled like fresh paint and mold. I asked for a baby crib at front desk and never received it. I paid 480 for one night In a king bed and got a queen bed. The pool looked hazy and smelled bad.

The rooms were nice.

It was clean and the location was good. Some of the staff were nice and helpful.m, especially Bre. She went above and beyond with empathy and actions to try to resolve issues for us. 1) The pool was out of order for our entire stay. 2) I told the staff that the door leading to the patio was broken and would not open. They said they’d send “engineering” to fix it but did not. So we couldn’t even use our patio while there. Also it was a “cabana” room so the patio opened to the pool which we also couldn’t use. 3) the A/C in our room would randomly stop blowing cold so my husband woke up in a puddle of sweat each night. It was incredibly humid in our room. Again we couldn’t open the patio door so that can’t be a reason why. 4) When I talked to the front desk about our room issues, they said they couldn’t discount our stay since I booked through a third party, so they gave us breakfast vouchers. The breakfast consisted of halfway cooked eggs and oatmeal. In my mind that wasn’t enough value to use as a voucher.

The bathroom in our room was probably the smallest I have ever seen.

The property was under construction. The room was hot! Engineering came up and said it was fixed. Terrible hot night of sleep.

Staff and hotel itself was great. There are 3 amazing bars to keep you entertained including a nice rooftop bar. Overall, great hotel to stay at while visiting college station.

Everything about this property I give it five stars. I was very impressed. Well stock bar clean rooms. Very quiet. Staff was great always willing to assist. They even offered to drive me down the street to get something to eat and come back and pick me up. First class service. Also had great food at the bar.

Great property, and very helpful staff.

Noise was an issue, first night there was a fire sprinkler rattling very loud all night. Manager took of is and moved our room with accommodations. Next room had a strong fumey order from AC unit which in both rooms was excessively loud. A manger cam out to pool area and spent effort to make certain all the chairs were facing correctly, however he overlook or ignored the two 2'x2' boxes cause containing lunches of chicken which were overturned and chicken was laying poolside for hours. Gross. Made no sense of his decision to leave the food and straighten chairs. All said. A good hotel liked the roof top bar. Unfortunately weather did not allow us to enjoy that.

The staff was very nice, professional, and accommodating. The room was very nice and clean. The only thing that was a bit off putting was there was a noticeable odor in the lobby area that was present the duration of our 2 night stay.
