We could not check in because the internet was down. We finally had to find another hotel!!!

The staff was very helpful especially during breakfast times. The room was clean and everything seemed well maintained. The only negative thing in the room was that the bathroom door did not shut completely, but that was not a big deal. The breakfast was decent, I would recommend more doubles of everything so that lines move faster. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would recommend this Hotel.

Housekeeping only cleans every other day. Found used wash cloth in my shower from last guest.

Even though I fully paid Expedia at the time of booking, Expedia's virtual billing cards or payment mode apparently failed to transfer correctly to the hotel's system. Because of this system absence, the hotel's automated processing repeatedly charged my personal card instead. My card ended up being charged three separate times, starting from check-in and continuing even after check-out. Resolving this required me to spend hours on the phone and in chat sessions trying to sort it out. While the first accidental charge was refunded to me immediately after I reported it, the next two unauthorized charges require me to wait 3 to 5 business days for processing, even though I was assured they have been refunded. The hotel itself was perfectly fine, but Expedia's backend technical issues and the exhausting amount of time I had to spend on customer support calls to get my own money back completely ruined the booking convenience. Expedia needs to fix these payment transmission glitches.

Room was clean and area was quiet. Very close to restaurants.

The door lock was broken so the door could not be locked when out of room

The Wed night Cordial was rather weak, with just two bottles of wine stuffed in an iced bucket and a beer tap that just spouted foam. Soup and some cubes of cheese. Not a very appetizing display. The room itself was ok. But it looked overdue for a renovation. The bathtub was chipped and the carpet worn. No glasses in the bathroom, and the refrigerator had wire shelves that made everything fall over. I guess it has become standard that there is no room service unless you call the front desk. Hilton used to be the top-quality brand in the hotel industry but has settled on mediocrity as the standard. However, the staff was excellent.

It was cozy and I got a good night sleep. Did have a luggage cart upon arrival.

Great location

There was a cockroach in my room. You could see a few on the sidewalks within a few blocks from the property, and College Station seemed to have several. So perhaps it is not uncommon. Still, not very pleasant.

We booked a suite and it was clean, except the covers. They had like blac

Breakfast was very good! I liked the big refrigerator! Floor lamp in the room did not work, bedside table lamp did nor turn off had to unplug it!

The staff is always so polite and professional. We stay there every time we are in CS. My only compliant, the rooms are starting to show their age. The room is clean, just dated. We will continue to stay there. PS, their breakfast is the best, the attendant is amazing and so friendly. (I think her name is Jessica)

Our experience were excellent. All our needs were met
-
The room was okay. The bathroom light kept flickering which was extremely annoying, the tissues in the holder were all damp and the room was sub-par
-
Room smelled like wet dog due to pets being allowed. Needs to be cleaned and deodorized much better after a stay where pets were there.
-
The receptionist at check out is great. The rooms were comfortable and affordable.
