Do not recommend. Unwelcoming/unsafe guests staying a hotel

Great location, nice big, clean rooms, pleasant staff.

Our shower backed up. Our toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held the handle down the entire time. I opened the fridge and the thermometer panel fell. Unfortunately we had to use the pull out couch. It was awful. I can also promise by the years old french fries and wrappers underneath that sweeping or mopping under the bed is not part of the housekeeping checklist.

The first room we were in was the nasty hotel room I've ever seen. First the smell was gross. We couldn't get the pull out open so we had to get help from the front desk, she came up to help pull out the mattress and it was covered in green and black mold. Then one of the panels fell off the wall, and it had black mold all back there. They couldn't move our room because they were sold out the weekend for the event we came for. So we had to stay the night in the bedroom area only all 4 of us had to sleep in one bed(myself, husband and 2 teen daughters). We all woke up with breathing issues. We were able to change our room that afternoon in between events. The next room was decent, just needed bedding for the pullout but did notice mold spots around the tub, I did bring cleaner for the bathroom to clean myself. The laundry room only had one working washer and dryer.

The room was very nice except the floor was gritty like beach goers may have been there previously. Other than that, it was very nice and comfortable. Loved the beds

Staff and kitchen very clean comfortable bedding

Breakfast was from 6-9am. I came downstairs at 730am and there was no hot food and most of the food was gone. I told the front desk and they just started so I checkout and went to chick fil a. That’s not right

None of the bath/shower 3 dispensers had anything inside. There was some mold around the tub and under the rim of the toilet was beyond disgusting! The room was either freezing or hot and muggy. One of the TV remotes was dead, the coffee cups were the smallest I have ever seen!! The breakfast wasn’t that good. The 2 staff members who brought us more towels, provided shampoo and conditioner to fill 2 of the 3 dispensers. She didn’t have any cream for the 3rd empty dispenser so we got quite few small tubes of product. Again the 2 staff were helpful including putting new batteries in the dead remote! Don’t think we are going back!!!

Clean room. Good neighborhood. Decent value!
-
Great customer service- they lets us change the room since the sofa bed was rickety
-
Great value. The room was clean and the grandkids enjoyed the pool, eventhough there was very little shade. A few umbrellas would be most welcome. Limited breakfast for one who tries to eat healthy, bacon or sausage would be greatly appreciated. A fly was buzzing in the bagel container. YUK!

Fire alarm in the middle of the night cost us about an hour and a half of sleep

My son was there for his Army training and enjoyed coming to he hotel instead of staying at the army barracks

Accommodations were excellent; lots of space in the rooms. I really liked that the bedroom has a door separating from the living room. Breakfast was great! Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

the phone didn't work, several of the lights didn't work. There was no pillow or blanket in the closet, nor a bag for dirty clothes and no ice bucket. There was no body wash or shampoo in the receptacles. I called down stairs and the man said he would be right up. He came up to tell us they were out of shampoo so he brought 3 little body washes. We had asked for extra towels and he brought us 1 towel and 2 floor rugs. There was no cleaning service as we had left food boxes out on Friday and they were still there a few hours ago when we left. We were headed to a wedding about 40 minutes to the hotel and we were late trying to figure out how to get ourselves clean. As if this wasn't bad enough the absolute biggest problem was someone on my floor playing loud music and smoking Marijuana. This may have been really bad for us as my husband works for the US Army. If he were to be randomly tested we both think he will be positive as the contact to the pot was so very strong. I was very upset to get this type of quality in a Hawthorne/Wyndham hotel. I think if they sell the property they need to change the name. This isn't the 1st time I've come out expecting Wyndham type room, service, employees etc only to find how wrong I was. I can't recommend this hotel for anyone. I still think of that pot smell. There were lots of little kids there.Shame. Lynn M.

Nice place

My stay was far below expectations. The room had noticeable dust, the hallways carried a persistent unpleasant smell, and the bathroom door was poorly aligned, making it difficult to use. Toilets tank was leaky. Although the front desk acknowledged these issues and assured me a refund, they asked me to coordinate with the manager — who has been unreachable and has not returned any of my calls. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this property.

The hotel was clean enough, but it seemed like the whole hotel needed maintenance or updating. Breakfast was available but was underwhelming.
