Great hotel. Check in was super fast. Only thing I’d war someone about is that the shower gets slippery and there isn’t any friction at thebottom of the tub. My kiddo slipped and fell so just be careful.

The room was very clean and large enough for everything we wanted to do. The cleaning staff were very friendly and supplied everything we requested. The check in staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast bar was kept well supplied and had a large choice of foods. Pool was kept clean and well enjoyed. Over all a very nice stay and I would highly recommend.

Would not recommend this hotel! When we went to the front office for a refund they did not sound surprised about the bugs and would not give us a refund. Would tell you to stay anywhere else if you can!

Everything was good. But whatever cleaner/fragrance they used in the room was very strong. I would not book here if you are at all sensitive to strong smells.

During the booking process, on Booking.com, the booking confirmation doesn't go through. The problem is either with Booking.com or with Holiday Inn. In the absence of a confirmation, I am forced to rebook it. Turns out it has been booked and PAID twice. I discover it on arrival (2 identical bookings, same person, same dates) and request a cancellation. They say they cannot because they payment is still with Booking.com. I contact Booking.com who says they paid Holiday Inn and send them a request for cancellation. Eventually, no refund. Holiday Inn was aware of the problem before receiving the payment, got my money twice, and didn't refund anything. All because of a failure of THEIR reservation system!!! Don't risk your money with a dishonest company!
