This was a great place to stay. I highly recommend. Dustin at the front desk was wonderful. This place was clean and tidy. It felt safe which is number one for me. And I loved that Rosa's Cafe was just across the parking lot. I will stay here in the future.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and the property was very safe and quiet.

It was great! But had to wait a little while for hot water

Stayed Monday–Friday for school. This did not deliver on the “residential style” promise. My room was never properly cleaned. Only a quick midweek refresh with new washcloths, didn’t change sheets or clean anything. When I asked housekeeping to clean, I was told I had only signed up for a refresh, which was never explained or presented to me at check-in. I ended up taking out my own trash and making my own bed the entire stay. The location was decent, but that’s about it. Breakfast was below average (4/10). Overall, very disappointing and I would not recommend staying here.

Breakfast was ready on time, but a little earlier than 7 am would have been helpful, even by 10 minutes

Our Room was fantastic! A great kitchen and sitting area with a dining table, big fridge and sink and silverware, real coffee cups - the whole thing! The king size bed was very comfortable and the A/C was cold! Highly recommend this place in college station!

Breakfast isn’t good enough.

The ice machine in fridge couldn’t be turned off, it was dropping ice once a while. Overall too noisy, even though I had ear plugs, still woke up many times.

The room was relatively clean. A concern was the AC vents were very dirty and a concern was possible mold. It cound have just been condensation and dust, but something to look into. I stayed in room 416.

The room had everything as advertised and the staff was kind. But the indoor pool was closed for maintenance which was disappointing. Overall the condition of the rooms was pretty poor -- carpet coming up, water damaged wood, a TV that takes so long to load you're wondering if it froze. I would choose somewhere else for your extended stay.

They have a great breakfast The beds in our unit were not as comfortable as a prior stay

We stayed at the same hotel 9 years ago. The rooms were nice then, but now they have aged. There was torn carpet in our room in at least two spots due to wear and tear. The place needs a refresh. We booked there because of our great experience 9 years ago. Would I stay there again? Maybe... but I would look for a better deal somewhere else first.

Pool was not working. We stayed since they had indoor pool.
-
Even though we checked in after 11pm, our room was available and very spacious.

The staff and common areas were great. The room was terrible. The air conditioner was louder than any AC unit I’v ever heard in a hotel room. Without exaggeration, it sounded like a train was passing outside the window. And, the cold air blew directly on the bed. With the noise and the regular blasts of cold air, we were unable to sleep very well. I’d appreciate a response - do hotels give better rooms to those who book directly with them?

The room was perfect. The staff was the best, very friendly.
