The facility was clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a strange smell coming from the carpet or ventilation in the hallways. Might need to check on this. The dog park area was totally bone dry. The grass was totally brown and mostly stickers and weeds. You are allowed normally to hand water daily for a short time and once nightly you can water on the sprinkler system. It would have been nice to have this maintained for your pet guests.

This is a great place to stay and I will stay here again if I'm in the area. Starting with the staff, I had a few changes to make to my reservation and they glady helped me with smiles on their faces. The room was exceptionaly clean, fresh, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great! The room included a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and a 2 burner cooktop. There was also a table/desk with 2 chairs. An added extra was a small recliner that was actually very comportable. This hotel does not serve breakfast, but serves tea and coffe and has a wll equipped maket area to buy snacks and drinks. I can't think of anything that could have been better!

Very clean, quiet, and amazing staff and GM. For some reason the alarm clock in the room went off at about 6am. Not sure what that’s about but it was kinda funny actually lol.

The staff here were incredibly friendly & accommodating! Room was great & quiet. I’d definitely stay here again if ever back in the area!

Room had a nice layout, well equipped Refrigerator made a noise throughout the night creating a very uncomfortable sleeping environment, which affected my daughter during her volleyball tournament the next day. We were dissatisfied and left a day early. We communicated our ourour concerns to the front desk and they told us to reach out to Booking.com.

I have a 5-star rating because, overall, it’s a great place to relax and I got excellent sleep. I do want to point out the following: 1. The carpet needed to be shampooed. The room smelled fresh after service but when we would leave and come back, the room had the smell of dirty socks. 2. The lamps in the room were not very bright. We had to take the shade of of the one on the desk to provide adequate light onto the table so we could see what we were working on. 3. This was a handicap accessible room (as requested). There were plenty of safety bars for both the toilet and the tub. However, there was no shower chair nor a built in seat. How a person in wheel chair would be expected to shower is beyond me. The toilet was not a tall one like expected. I would stay here again!

The ice maker was broke in my room but I was able to get ice for the night on the first floor. It wasn’t as quiet this time around. At 5 am, it sounded like a herd of elephants were released upstairs on the 3rd floor. Besides that, I do like this hotel. It is one of my favorite places to stay.
