Quality Inn & Suites Buda

The floor of the room was dirty when I checked in. The bathroom had hair in the shower and on the floor. The elevators were filthy. The staff was not at the desk twice when I went down for help. There was a hot water option at breakfast, but no tea bags. The staff gave me no information on breakfast, WiFi or other amenities when I checked in, so I had to go back for the information.

The property is run down and ants were all over my room.

The room looked clean The entire third floor smelled like cigarettes and cologne, including our room. The AC was leaking and our carpet was wet because of it.

It.was.close to my family that i was there to visit. During my 4 day stay. I received maid service only once. The vibe was more like and extended stay. Most staying were road construction woker and their family. The vending machines didn't work anf the elevators didn't work during my stay and were fixed when I left.

The shower in the room did not turn on. We told the front desk and they checked it for themselves and in fact it did not turn on. Then we were moved to another room that the floors were flooded. Every step you took had water squishing out from under the floor panels. Then the walls had black mold all over the bottom of them.

The room spelled musty and moldy there was an ant problem in the bathroom

The room was super dirty, had hair from previous guest on the counters. water stains. Worst part was there was silverfish/ bugs ON THE BED when the lights turned off. I saw like 2 or 3. The sink was also pretty bad, you had to turn it onto the max setting or else it’d just spray onto the counter below it. the AC was super loud, sounded like there was something clogging it or something stuck inside. It took like 20minutes to check in and that’s not even including the 20minutes I had to wait for the person in front of me to check in. The wifi was also really bad if it even worked half the time. Only good thing about it was the TV had decent channels and the bed was comfortable outside of the bugs. I unfortunately didn’t get a picture of the bugs due to obviously being more concerned with getting rid of them.

We left after one night. One light didn’t work, 2 ports didn’t work, the bathtub was chipped, the bed was like sleeping on planks, the door was misaligned so it didn’t close automatically - we had to shove it closed, and once it was closed, the deadbolt didn’t work. The hotel prided itself of being smoke-free but you could smell the pot from the driveway and all through the hotel because the workers stood out in the back of the hotel and smoked. It was the worst hotel I’ve been in. Shame on you, Expedia, for doing business with these people.

There were stains on several walls throughout the room, halls and lobby. A touch-up with paint or a soapy sponge would help. There were 2 small bugs in my bathtub when I arrived. And the complimentary breakfast wasn't special. The coffee machine broke, the orange juice was empty, then the apple juice was too. The staff was friendly but the facility needs upgrades, regular maintenance and some care.

Staff nice , room dirty also towels so much stain on it mold on the bed and breakfast horrible and don’t worth it 2 of 10. ⭐️

It was very peaceful n friendly

Room was ok, got there v early in the morning. When the front desk person came out, never said anything while typing on the computer, awkward silence for like 5 minutes and then he looked at me and said: oh I have to login to check you in. Got the key and walked to elevator, nothing was super great but nothing was super bad either.
