Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Austin - Kyle

Exceptional

It was a very pleasant stay.

Superb

The room was very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Property was clean, well maintained and quiet

Location. Very clean and spacious room. Quiet. Plenty of food and shops nearby. Matt and staff were accommodating and pleasant and welcoming. The remote wouldn't work and the young man at the front desk (I didnt catch his name) came straight up to fix it in a flash. Take note: there's a little round sensor hanging behind the TV. Move it toward the side of the TV and the remote works flawlessly. Only having a single elevator was a little frustrating. A property that size should have more than one. Otherwise, I honestly don't have anything negative; but if I'm picking, the bed could have been a bit more supportive. It was comfortable enough to sleep pretty soundly. Oh, one of the lamps on the nightstands had a broken ring connecting the bulb to the lamp so it was loose and swung if you moved it. Simple fix.

Move options in breakfast All good

Nice place to stay for a weekend

Very disappointed in breakfast. One of the criteria we have when booking is breakfast included. The breakfast here was not up to the standard we have come to expect. View from room was a construction/storage area. Breakfast was horrible.

Amazing pillows and mattress. The AC is a presence all night.

Exceptional

The AC is a presence all night.

They did not have breakfast for everyone. That was bad and they should give us a coupon for breakfast in another place

We stayed here for college move in weekend. The room didn’t seem to have been swept and was quite dusty. It’s a grab and go breakfast so don’t expect a waffle maker and biscuits.

Todo muy bien volvería a este hotel

Very clean hotel. The staff was very helpful and awesome customer service. It was very quiet. Very nice ppl in the town of Kyle. There is a hospital very close by and several medical offices too. The parking lot and the hotel is very well lit all around, so it seems like its safe if youre worried abt car break-ins. There is no coffee machine in the room. There was no breakfast just things like yogurt, granola bars. They did have coffee and hot water for oatmeal or tea. They charge $25.00 a day for a dog. It doesnt mention that on hotels.com website.

Exceptional

Clean, comfy beds, staff was nice. I would stay here again. But "breakfast" is laughable. Cold muffins.

The staff was kind and welcoming. However, the bed in my suite was supposed to be a king and it was a queen at best. The noise level in the room next to us and across the hall was crazy loud. We did not get a good night's rest and we had to be up at 5:30 a.m. to work. There are no hair dryers in the rooms. No pots, pans, dishes, dish soap. You have to request all of these things. No conditioner, no shower caps. Just letting you know so you can plan accordingly. Breakfast was very minimal. When I got downstairs, there was packets of oatmeal, two oranges in a basket and one packaged muffin. Boiled eggs in the refrigerator. No fresh items like eggs, protein. No juices, just coffee.

The staff was awesome the people were very friendly and they very much took care of me tell me where everything was happened what to do and how to do it I appreciate all that Everything was great

Just updated the breakfast
