Room was clean and breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff! Clean rooms! Great coffee! John, the overnight manager was very accommodating. Made us fresh coffee at 3am! Highly recommended!

Property not well maintained. Issue with room across the hall. Staff made noise late at night with no consideration of people sleeping. Breakfast was not great.

The staff was very friendly, check in was easy, the room itself was just remodeled and very clean. However, the lobby smelled terrible, like mold and mildew and the hallways leading to the room were not air conditioned or the temp was set really high. It was strange. If I was rating just the room, I would give it a 5 stars, but the other areas made it seem like the hotel was not run correctly.

Clean and convenient to my appointment. A musty smell in the lobby and 4th floor hallway.

Very nice staff and plentiful coffee. Parking can be hard to get in the evening.

Great room and super clean. The only thing that's a problem is the noise from the big trucks on I-35 at night. Not a problem if your a sound sleeper. But I'm not. Maybe a room on opposite side not facing the highway would be better.

Cleanliness of the facility, comfortable and spacious for my Mom's wheelchair ♿️ . Great customer service from Rebecca at the help desk, making sure we had everything set and were happy with our stay. Awesome breakfast choices. We really enjoyed our stay. Great location also for dinner choices! N/a

Everything The only thing I didn’t like was how hot it was in the hallways.

The room and common areas were clean and well kept! It’s also in a very convenient location for visiting the Kyle area The ev chargers were not working but it happens.

Everything was as expected. The staff was amazing.... The hotel was very clean. The pool was open. I didnt get in because we had just arrive around 830 and the pool closes at 10. The had breakfast but i didn't have the time to check out the breakfast and to eat. But they did have to go breakfast bags for the guess which was real thoughtful and sweet. I will most definitely stay again.. There was nothing to not like....

Hotel hallways are humid and hot not good air ventilation. The rooms need better cleaning in the corners and bathroom floors Small fridge is not cold enough food went bad There was a loud banging on the floor late in the night above our room that kept us up . The breakfast was ok . I would not stay here again unfortunately do to a personal issue I had with the hotel and my third party reservation The hotel is not very helpful or considerate
