The staff were wonderful. There was a mix up when I changed my arrival date in the booking app but the hotel wasn't aware. They quickly took care of the issue, and were very pleasant about it! Nothing.

The pool hours were great because even when you arrive late you have access to the pool until 11pm. The breakfast variety could be a little better but it’s included in your stay so no complaints with what I got.

Shower curtain NOT WATERPROOF. 1 inch longer than top of the tub. 12 inches short wall to wall. Floor was soaking wet. Tile was slippery than a slip n slide.

This was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had! First, the staff were absolutely amazing, each and every one of them!!! All of them were so polite, courteous and helpful. The hotel was amazingly clean and honestly felt like home! I would recommend this hotel 100 out of 10. We will absolutely be staying here again! Thank you for the amazing service!

Everything. Had a great time. Staff was excellent. Had a few packages delivered and they were super nice about it. Breakfast was good. Several places to eat in the area and normal chain restaurants within walking distance. Fabulous mall just a few minutes away. Room was very clean. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay again No complaints.
