The pool hours were great because even when you arrive late you have access to the pool until 11pm. The breakfast variety could be a little better but it’s included in your stay so no complaints with what I got.

Shower curtain NOT WATERPROOF. 1 inch longer than top of the tub. 12 inches short wall to wall. Floor was soaking wet. Tile was slippery than a slip n slide.

The staff was very helpful and accessible.

This was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had! First, the staff were absolutely amazing, each and every one of them!!! All of them were so polite, courteous and helpful. The hotel was amazingly clean and honestly felt like home! I would recommend this hotel 100 out of 10. We will absolutely be staying here again! Thank you for the amazing service!

Clean secured location despite next to Mall. We had a very good time on our trip. Staff was reasonably friendly and helpful

washroom door locks in hotel room little hard to use it. When we have stayed. Washroom Door lock is not in working condition. My wife strucked inside But staff helped to come outside.

This hotel was very clean and perfect for my family of 7. The pool Rea was hot and the water was cold but they still enjoyed their self. The washer and dryer has a card payment option but only worked when using quarters which the front desk gladly was able to provide. We used the shuttle to get to and from the airport after our flight got delayed for a day. Longhorns and Olive Garden are both in walking distance from the hotel and we got extra clothes next door at Burlington. The water pressure was perfect. We scheduled our shuttle and it arrived on the dot!! I was impressed and would stay again if I needed to.

The room was clean, the breakfast was awesome and the staff running breakfast were so sweet and accommodating. Will def stay again.

bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working during our stay. Additionally, the shower curtain constantly blow inward while showering, which was quite annoying.

The room was very clean and friendly, smelled amazing, and was huge. The TV was great. It's the best hotel I've ever stayed in; I could live in this room, haha. One night being $330 is pretty expensive.

The rooms were clean and neat. The beds were nice. No issues. The bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly. They said hello each time I entered the hotel. The parking was good. No issues with that. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Room was spacious and clean. We loved the kitchen and amenities. Parking was sufficient and there were lots of restaurants near by. Highly recommend.
