There was a smell in the entire hotel like someone smoked weed in the elevator, hallway and at the entrance all over. The staff were really good and respectful

The location was great First when I went to check in, it took over 40 minutes because from what they told me booking. Com had the wrong price in the computer ever bought I showed them my confirmation and what I already paid for. It was about 7:40 in the evening and I was exhausted. My friend was in my car with the car running while I had to wait so long. Then the room which was awful. It was noisy because it was right by the pool. Room 202 there was also music being piped into the room. The bathroom was so gross we wouldn’t take a shower as the bathtub was disgusting. I have picture to show.

Absolutely the worst experience at a hotel as a family. My daughter should not have had to experience this either. A Saturday and no management until 5 Pm? Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!! No refund was honored and the Manager, General Manager did not even contact me like I was told they would!!

We’ve stayed there multiple times. We enjoy the courtyard. There are always way too many kids so one out of 10 times we might use the pool. Would be nice if you had adult hours at the pool. Changing up, the breakfast on occasion would be nice. It would be nice if there were a sauna or spa services.

To be fair the property is under renovation so not sure what the effects of that were, but this seemed more like a 1 star hotel to me, not 3 as advertised. Everything about it was awful.
