M Hotel Buffalo

Its a rundown hotel, but the staff are really good, its dated and feels 1980s. It can be worse, tons of hotel/welfare hotels in the area that are way worse.

The air conditioning never kicked on. It was 1000 degrees in the room and 80 outside. You would think a hotel like that would have working central air in the room. Terrible never again.

It was close to lots of things

Had a two night stay, first night the guest next to us were loud all night long, the two morning we spent there kids were in the pool really early. No vegan breakfast options. Bar staff were an interesting lot, and awfully expensive for what we ordered.

Entering the building you are immediately greeted by the smell of dirty carpet. Front desk staff member was actively picking his nose while I was standing at the counter. Room and bathroom large with large dirty jetted tub that had leaking faucet. Multiple cracked and lifting tiles in the bathroom. Bed very uncomfortable with large dip in the center. Pool water was very cloudy and surrounding pad dirty with trash and gum new and old stuck to the pad. It is a shame that management has let this property go as it has potential to be quite a gem and must have been in its heyday.

I appreciate having breakfast offered as part of the stay. The room was good for sleeping.

Seems to be a well-maintained older property. It has a very spacious interior courtyard plus party / DJ area with foliage, and a large pool. Lots of families with kids when we went.

The hotel is aging and weathered. The rooms are in dark and dingy and in need of repair and renovation. The enamel in the sink and bathroom were cracked and peeling and there were "obvious", white stains on the boxspring of one of our beds. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in. The air conditioning barely keeps the room at room temperature and is quite muggy, and we couldn't change the temperature lower as the thermostat was unresponsive. I will say the staff were friendly, the hot water in the sink and shower gets quite hot, and the breakfast is very good. However, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone until it is renovated completely.

Kudos to the front desk staff, although they had 184 check ins scheduled for 8/3 (and we were #161). Our room wasn't ready however, they were courteous and professional and got us into another room quickly.

Free buffet breakfast was great lots of choices The bar for dinner was excellent I was surprised the service was great and the food was very very good . Maybe the best quesadillas I ever had Location is also a plus

Very nice place will be back

Can't say enough nice things about this place - walk into a nice lobby with a fountain and check-in/check-out was super easy. Very clean rooms, overall clean property. Room had a balcony that overlooks the pool area - nice little surprise there didn't realize it from the listing. Nice arcade area for the kids, pool area is spacious and really cool - you just wouldn't think something like that would be in this property. Overall, an excellent value for the money - would stay again. This review is from a family of 4 (2 kids 9 and 11). Oh, and free breakfast buffet is the standard stuff, but staff was attentive to replace depleted items quickly like eggs, etc. Convenient (but not close) to the downtown/stadium area but a really good option. Overall 4.5/5!

Everything was perfect

I booked 2 Qeema bed. When I reach there they said it’s not available . They have only single bed available . Radical .

The elevators weren’t working the AC on both rooms that I had were not working. TVs weren’t working that worst experience ever in a hotel.
