Booked here for a quick recharge and mini retreat for family of four. Upon entering our room, it looked exactly like the room I booked online. Modern upgrades, strong a/c which we needed during a week long heat wave and pillow were great. BUT, once we paid attention to the room’s surroundings, cleanliness was questionable. Two liquor bottles half empty still in the fridge from the last visitors, two water bottle caps found in the pull out couch once we prepared it for my teenager, food particles left in the microwave, a disinfectant spray bottle in the bathroom and a tater tot under the desk. Not sure if this was a one off situation but this was unexpected. Staff quickly attended to my call to remove the items left. Not a hotel at the top of my list to book again unfortunately.

The hotel was centrally located in Buffalo. A lot to do and a lot of places to go eat.

Clean and nice hotel. The toilet did keep messing up and the washing machine in the laundry facilities didn't work right. We enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast though and the staff was very helpful.

excellent location for travelers with selection of local and chain restaurants. staff were very helpful and full of positive energy late night and early morning. breakfast typical fare, spacious breakfast room and well maintained. will book again for return trip. EV charger in parking lot!

Room was bigger than I thought. Really clean.

The room we had was spacious and clean, and our beds were comfortable. My son used the pool and enjoyed having it. Breakfast was convenient and the dining area was clean. From the hotel it was a short drive to the airport for our flight back home.

The hotel was OK but the furnitures needed renovation, the carpet, the bathroom, etc

Breakfast was very good. Everything very clean. 24 hour GOOD coffee available downstairs. Close to the interstate.
