Homewood Suites by Hilton Buffalo Airport

We arrived late on the 13 only to find out our reserved 2 bed suite was overwritten by the manager and given to someone else! And we were given a king suite instead. I pay extra for a 2 bed suite because of health issues we need 2 beds. I will think twice before booking this hotel in the future.

Only issue I did have thru no fault of their own is I am handicap and have extremely hard time walking. The accessible room was down middle of hall and not near entrance or any of the parking entrances which would have made it much easier for me. But I loved my room and would still go back there and have plans in the future to do so. Thank you so much.

We were a little disappointed they could not accommodate joining rooms as requested and put our parties on different floors but everything else was great. Best pool and hot tub!

The ladies that work the breakfast are friendly and have that place stocked up and clean. They are on top of it! The front desk is super helpful. The cleaning crew is also wonderful. The property is pristine. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

It was very nice and comfortable and felt like being at a resort There was nothing wrong

Hotel itself is well-appointed on the surface however there are some flaws. The courtyard is a great place to hang out but you get locked out of the pool area and can't get back in with a room key without walking all the way around. The hotel has a self-pour beverage station but you must provide ID to the front desk to purchase a card to use it and they cut you off at $20 which doesn't even get you 2 full drinks. Each person has to have their own card so to get a drink for my husband and I, I had to go back to the room twice to get ID all for 1.5 drinks even though I had just shown my ID to check in. The ice machine is on the second floor complete opposite side of where our room was located on the first floor. The door to come in by our room wouldn't work with a room key so had to walk all the way around the hotel to the front entrance after putting our bags in the car in the morning. Overall not as convenient and more annoying that we had hoped for a brief stay to break up our long drive across the state.

The breakfast buffet was next level! I travel a lot! This hotel had one of the most delicious breakfasts I’ve seen for a standard hotel!

The facility was very clean and the staff was very good and helpful. The breakfast was good. I missed the happy hour. They have on Wednesday. The overall stay was great.

What a gem of a find. We only stayed 2 nights but it would have been a fab base to stay at for longer. Such space, comfort and great facilities.

We really enjoyed the evening front desk staff, they were very helpful. The place was clean, rooms were nice, and the location was perfect for our needs.

The room we stayed in, needs some maintenance in the bathrooms but overall we had a great time.

We had a nice weekend trip for the 4th of July to visit family and the renovations that they did 2 years ago are finished and it's beautiful! Everything was great!

It is totally unacceptable to allow one room to completely monopolize a hotel amenity. I watched one family who had wanted to swim just walk away because the one room refused to leave the pool and were so loud and obnoxious. As soon as the manager found out that the parents were on the third floor in the room and the kids were in the pool, he should have called the room and told them to leave the hotel immediately. Is Hilton’s liability insurance that good?
