Smoke in the entire property. If you open the door for 5 seconds, entire room will fill with weed smell

When we checked in, we mentioned the recent bad reviews & asked if we could check out the room they’d be checking us into prior 2 officially checking us in. We had a refundable reservation until 6pm, & checked in right around 3:30pm. The front desk associate was happy 2 show it 2 us, which we greatly appreciated. The room we were taken 2 (room 245) was clean. No sign of bugs & everything appeared to be in working condition. The main areas of the hotel were run down. Multiple carpet stains everywhere, & the main hallways of the hotel were very warm due 2 all the windows on both sides of the hall. Our room got very cold however! We had no issues w/ anything the first night except for the creaking of the bath tub (it felt like you were going 2 fall right through it!), & the shower head whistled so loud it sounded like a freight train was screeching through the room. We reported it to the front desk, & they fixed it while we were out the following day, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast is a very very miniscule breakfast of granola bars, coffee & grit packets as advertised. I’d argue that if you’re going to offer grits, it should at least also have butter available to use, & salt/pepper. But overall it was as advertised. The pool was dingy and clearly not well kept up, and despite it being August, cold as all get out. None of the heaters worked & someone had the door open.

Pretty good standard hotel, but it could do with a revamp.

Arrived approximately 6.30 pm flight from London to new york then flight fro. New York to buffalo 3 rooms. Booked Man on desk told us that 2 of the rooms had been cancelled as we were late. Said had to pay over --$600 extra.. We refused and went to another hotel This man made 7 attempts to take money from my bank card. Was absolutely disgusted by this treatment. Obviously a con why would 2 rooms Cancelled and 1 left. Obvious scam by man on Desk

Flight was pushed back 1 day. Neither Expedia or Hotel allowed for a change. Wanted the same price over again to move by 1 night. Unfortunate.

Verbally abusive older man at the reception desk. It was my third request for promised plates and flatwear since checking in 2 hours earlier. This was a big deal, since the reason I stay here is because I need to prepare my own food due to severe medical condition. The man yelled at me loudly, told me he only had pots and pans but no dishes and that he could not understand what I wanted. (I am a native English speaker). I returned to my room, got pen and paper, and wrote down what I needed. I returned to reception and handed him my note. He yelled at me again, saying he was on the phone. I left again. Twenty minutes later, he banged on my room door, handed me a full set of plates and flatware and yelled some more about being on the phone. Management needs to get rid of this verbally abusive, unstable nut!

I do like that security was on site the entire time we were there. I also like that we had access to silverware, plates and cookware.
-
Very basic. Had a funky smell.
-
It had a pool. The room and facility wasn't worth the price.
-
It was dirty. The sheets and the bathroom.
-
I like the location. My room was missing the shampoo and everything, also my shower handle was broken. Also, they need more of a selection for breakfast.
-
It does have a kitchenette, however you have to ask at the desk for everything needed to use it. Had to wait hour and 30min to get our room check was at 3 we arrived at 4:10 wasn't able to get into the room until 530. Pool was dirty and again had to ask the desk to open the door to access.
-
Big bed Check in was supposed to be 3, room wasn’t ready till gone 5! Dirty hotel. Was supposed to have kitchen appliances but nothing was there. Bad breakfast options
-
We only stopped there to sleep overnight since we were flying out very early in the morning. There room was decent sized. Full kitchen, bathroom, 2 queen beds, desk.
-
Leaking ac
-
close to the airport and easy check in. room size was good and the bathroom was good. the bed was very nice and the ac was adequate the walls and ceiling were very flimsy and I could hear people talking walking upstairs and people were loudly coming in and out late at night,. The carpet on the floor in the hall outside my room was wet needing loud fans running. people in the adjacent room were playing really loud music I had to call the desk to have them stop it
-
Close to thruway The breakfast.
-
The other “guests “ were loud and rude. People in the room next door starting at 7 am had opened their doors and argued loudly all morning. The security was non existent. Keycard scanner to enter building from parking lot was broken which left the door unlocked and free for anyone to enter without keycard. I left a day and a half early and was not given a refund for the last day from the desk clerk who wouldn’t give me his name. I would not recommend this place if you are intending to enjoy a visit to the area.
