The breakfast is good, room is clean

The front desk service was terrible.

Clean, comfortable room. Beds were great also loved the pillows.

The room was clean but the tub and shower were quite worn and rusted. The staff was friendly and there was ample parking.

Very friendly staff. Viewing the bathroom it was nice size, walk in shower. the caulking needed to be replaced. cracks and colored. The toilet paper holder was loose and hung down loosing a roll to the floor a few times. corners of floor had build up of dirt. Room smaller than most but, ample room to get around two queen beds. the beds, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable! The furniture, decor, and lighting were nice. Very cold ac. Contemporary style. No musty odor. Great breakfast buffet. Shuttle to airport available.Very pleased!

Excellent place to stay

the room was clean and the comforter was warm. the toilet was a good height. it was a handicapped room. there was a tub instead of a shower. that was a nightmare. i could't use the shower chair be cause it was too wobbly. the other seat was useless and i could not stand after i got on the seat. the ground was too slippery.my husband helped me out. it was rm. 323.

You could tell the staff weren’t very happy with their jobs…. We checked in at 6pm and they said they weren’t sure if our room was clean yet… room was clean the bed was fine. The crib came without sheets they said they don’t have sheets for it. Overall fine. Felt safe and felt clean

The hotel was decent for a night. You do have airplane noise in the rooms so I’d recommend ear plugs unless you have a super early flight.

The bed was incredibly soft. That's all the positive I have unfortunately. We had breakfast all three morning, Eggs were cold and no real sausage. We checked in and immediately found that our room had no curtains. Called front desk and they graciously moved us to another room. Even though we were trying to get ready for an event that we were late for due to flight delays, we were told we had to do it NOW so someone else could be checked into the room (without curtains). Our new room had a broken refrigerator. We reported it and when we returned that evening we were told it was working. That was on Friday night and it never worked the whole time we were there. Tried to heat up food Saturday only to find out there was no plate/glass in the microwave to sit the food on. Also disappointed that there were no streaming channels. Overall disappointing experience.

This was our first time at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Buffalo-Airport and the check-in was fast, and the room was spacious, and clean. The staff is friendly, and the morning breakfast is an added bonus. The lady who helps at the breakfast is extremely helpful and friendly, and she goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. The location of the hotel is across the street from the Buffalo Airport, and so any travellers who will plan on travelling to and from the airport have the benefit of being in close proximity to the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

I thought the breakfast was great. The breakfast staff was super friendly and helpful. We appreciate her so much. Facilities were good and bed is comfy. Proximity to airport is great. Wasn’t previously aware that we needed to ring in to order the shuttle. Could have been made more clear. Sometimes being abroad, traveller may not have a phone to ring on. Clarity on website for the shuttle service will be great. Being able to prebook a shuttle would also help.
