The room

Room was nice and clean, simple yet cozy, comfortable sleeping beds, front desk staff pleasant, helpful, professional. Fresh smelling hotel. Did not do breakfast.

Phones didn't work. There were no trash bags in the 3 trash cans. The room card keys didn't work half the time. There weren't many channel options for the television. The breakfast was overpriced as well.

Good location for an early morning flight out. Room was very clean but the rest of the place was dirty and needed a deep clean. Staff could use some training on professionalism.

I was charge the night double when I had already paid only. When I got there they ask for a credit card for deposit but instead of charging only deposit they charge the full night again even it has been paid online in full.

Superb

Staff was friendly and efficient considering the late arrival time. No soundproofing whatsoever, we could hear everything going on in the corridor, as well as the next room over. There was mold in the bathroom (please replace the caulk). The lighting doesn't really work with the open concept of the room, where light from the bathroom bleeds into the bedroom because of the connecting window.

The carpet in the room and corridor was gross, stained, and never cleaned in its lifetime. Wouldn’t recommend given the prices I had to pay was $150+ per night.

Location. The building looks good from outside. The receptionist was not very polite. The first floor room location was horrible. The view from the window was towards the grange area and parking. The carpets in the room are stained.

Liked the overall layout and the room was efficient, clean and perfect for what we wanted. Bartender was very nice and accommodating Staff at check in wasn't very pleasant; floors in main lobby/sitting area needed vacuuming and a guy was doing so (and did a poor job of it) with a cheap, noisy little vacuum. Could hear lots of noise from other people in our room.

I like their shuttle service, lobby restaurant and 24 front desk service. people in desk not so friendly. Coffee maker in my room was broken. Over roll good experience

I always stay here when in the Bflo area
