Courtyard Buffalo Airport

some of the staff are not helpful at all. I stood in line to check in for twenty minutes thee night of arrival waiting on the ladies checking in first. Not sure what the hold up there was.

The to go good ordered was prepared and served good. Bar was good, too. The employees at the bar/good area were personable and helpful. Netflix was out of tv and was told it’d be fixed the next day and never heard from anyone. Also, very outdated. Shower floor seemed dirty and wouldn’t take a shower. Main lobby floor was very stained with dirt.

Close to airport and car rentals We had no issues with the property

Convenient location with a nice restaurant bar and lounge area. The pool and workout space are also a nice amenities.. The best part is the airport shuttled that runs whenever you need it.

When we got to our room, the toilet was constantly running, there was an unknown pill on the floor next to the bed, and stains were found on the bed. Front desk and maintenance staff were great, but the cleanliness was definitely lacking. We would not go back.

Exceptional

Overall, we had a good stay. The amenities were excellent and everything we needed was available, which made our visit enjoyable. The only area that could use improvement is the housekeeping, as the cleanliness and attention to detail could have been better. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

Our room appeared clean, but we could not trust if anything was cleaned because parts had clear evidence of dirty. A child's hand was clearly visible on the wall mirror and on the nightstand the hotel postcard had a pen on top with children's drawings on the blank side.

What a fantastic crew you have. Eric was very helpful on check in, Austin and Anthony helped us solve several problems. I wish I remembered all their names because they deserve recognition! It reflects well on the management as well as the Courtyard by Marriott company. Purchased room using booking.com which offered breakfast with higher rate, but the information was not passed on to the hotel itself.

Nice staff. Big clean room. Great outside sitting area with fire pit.
