Courtyard Buffalo Airport

Convenient location with a nice restaurant bar and lounge area. The pool and workout space are also a nice amenities.. The best part is the airport shuttled that runs whenever you need it.

When we got to our room, the toilet was constantly running, there was an unknown pill on the floor next to the bed, and stains were found on the bed. Front desk and maintenance staff were great, but the cleanliness was definitely lacking. We would not go back.

The cost was high for what it is

Overall, we had a good stay. The amenities were excellent and everything we needed was available, which made our visit enjoyable. The only area that could use improvement is the housekeeping, as the cleanliness and attention to detail could have been better. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

Our room appeared clean, but we could not trust if anything was cleaned because parts had clear evidence of dirty. A child's hand was clearly visible on the wall mirror and on the nightstand the hotel postcard had a pen on top with children's drawings on the blank side.

What a fantastic crew you have. Eric was very helpful on check in, Austin and Anthony helped us solve several problems. I wish I remembered all their names because they deserve recognition! It reflects well on the management as well as the Courtyard by Marriott company. Purchased room using booking.com which offered breakfast with higher rate, but the information was not passed on to the hotel itself.

This is your basic airport hotel. The front desk gentleman, Eric, does his very best at keeping the hotel running at night. But, he needs help. The sofa bed was not made & there were no pillows when we asked for them. Showed had a few hairs. Airport shuttle is convenient. Air conditioning unit did not cool sufficiently so the unit kept turning on & off all night, making a lot of noise. It was just ok, but there are limited options around the airport.

I loved everything about this hotel clean and friendly staff the only drawback was there was no continental bkfst i mean if your going to spend $270 you should get bkfst just my opinion but overall great place to stay
