Courtyard Buffalo Airport

Exceptional

Poor

Excellent!!

It is very close to the airport.

The cleanliness Staff friendliness, no rooms with queen beds, transport driver friendliness

Hot tub was nice

Convenience to.airport Bed pillows inadequate, no microwave, no nightlight and breakfast not included

It was nice and clean. It looked well maintained.

Clean, quiet, great staff (efficient and good at answering questions), no free breakfast but what we paid for was very good quality.

Very clean. Staff was friendly

The smaller gentleman who wears gray is rude and makes unnecessary and uncomfortable remarks at guests. He’s very judgmental and sarcastic. I didn’t pay good money to hear comments from him that put down myself and my family!

Very good

Great location to choose for early morning flights. Wi-Fi did not work after several attempts, I gave up because of my early flight. Shuttle service was great, Receptionist during check-in and check-out were very helpful. If I’m ever in this area again, I will choose to stay here.

I had an early flight out the next morning, so I like staying closer to the airport. This is a very convenient hotel to stay at. The room was spacious & comfortable. The bath was bright & clean. The staff at check-in was friendly & helpful. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was on time & the driver was very pleasant. This will be my regular hotel when traveling.

Clean room, nice fitness room, convenient airport shuttle, staff exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Will stay here again.

some of the staff are not helpful at all. I stood in line to check in for twenty minutes thee night of arrival waiting on the ladies checking in first. Not sure what the hold up there was.

Superb

The to go good ordered was prepared and served good. Bar was good, too. The employees at the bar/good area were personable and helpful. Netflix was out of tv and was told it’d be fixed the next day and never heard from anyone. Also, very outdated. Shower floor seemed dirty and wouldn’t take a shower. Main lobby floor was very stained with dirt.

Staff was friendly Great salad at the Bistro Charged 12 dollars for a 2.5 oz bag of pistachios

Close to airport and car rentals We had no issues with the property
