Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Airport

Room was spacious and clean, service was great! Staff was friendly and always willing to help. The pool was spacious and the hot tub was a much needed amenity after a long drive from Cape Cod. I would definitely reccomend and will highly likely be booking this hotel again for our next trip. I can assure you my sister who was traveling with me will as well!

Overall satisfactory, I must say I had late check in at 1am . The front desk staff barely spoke , did not say hi and was complaining about other staff members ..

We always stay here as a convenient transition point for both the airport (nearest car rental) and train station. On this trip the staff were particularly helpful with our desire to watch the England match as a group in the lobby - and they are always very good on the pick up / drop offs. The dinner menu is also appealing. The constant background tape in the lobby is rather annoying

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The buffet offered a great variety of delicious options and was well stocked throughout our stay. The pool area was clean and inviting, with plenty of fresh towels available at all times. What stood out the most was the warm and friendly atmosphere that made us feel comfortable and at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Nice clean hotel with a great location from the airport. My family loved the area around the fire pit and the family games on the patio area. The coffee and tea in the lobby was also a nice touch.
