Any staff member we came in contact with was so nice. You were given 2 complimentary bottle of water upon check in. Everything was easily accesible (pool, gym, front doors, lobby). Location is near a lot of places to eat and shop! Nothing

The stuff were helpful and friendly. They provided take out breakfast very early in the morning, good gluten free options were available. Shuttle was good and per request . Location next to shopping mall with many options. Nothing, all was wonderful for a 1 night stay

I put out do not disturb signs and every day it would be ignored. Then. My sign disappeared all together. Parking was also horrible there were many tractor trailers taking up huge portions of the up close parking. If your room is near the highway you will hear lots of road noise.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The facility was clean and the fitness centre was the best one I’ve seen in Buffalo so far.
