Room smelled liked water or mold, obviously nobody is maintaining the property, AC unit filters and coils haven’t been cleaned.

The location was close to what I needed and that's about it. Room was not clean, staff was not friendly some staff were cussing at each other at the front desk and the female was smoking pot and made the entire entry way smell like weed. The bed was rock hard and the bathtub faucet didn't even touch the wall.

Good value. Clean room. Hornets had built a nest in between the outer window and the inner room window. Someone had put a washcloth in the interior so that it wouldn’t close and the hornets came into the room.

Hotel was disgusting - bedding had stains & rooms in general were just dirty. We left & got a different hotel after about 15 minutes. Not happy at all.

Sheets on the bed were too small and didn't fit properly. The carpet was dirty, had to wear our socks all the time.

Convience of short trips to food and shopping Had to bother the staff to come and fix our tv multiple times

The staff was very helpful with getting extra wash cloths and hand towels.

Location Not well maintained property or building. Weeds, etc outside……cobwebs, dirty, etc building.

Location Hot tub is gone, don't plan to replace or fix it.. Bathroom tub, toilet had hair in and all over it. Young man at desk was not real pleasant really didn't make eye contact when she p eaking to us.

We left 2 hours after we checked in. First thing the pool was closed and there was false advertisement of a hot tub, but that was the least of our worries the nightmare began when we got to the room. The room smelled riddled with mildew, the carpet was damp, there was garbage behind the TV stand, we even found mold in the room, the bathroom had dirt on the floors. I was traveling with my newborn infant and 10 year old child I was scared they would get sick so we left.
