Rooms were clean , staff was friendly

Our room looked like it was never vacuumed. The door never fully closed unless you slammed it. There was a stain on the comforter. We never got towels for the next day. Overall the entire building needs undated. Ripped carpet, dirty floors

The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The pool was great. The kids loved it. The WiFi needs to be updated because it kicks you off every couple of hours and you have to sign back into it. However, other than that, we have no complaints!

Don't stay here unless you are just looking for a very cheap place.

It was a great stay everyone was so friendly and the hotel was clean

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Whole room was damp. The bedding felt damp. Floor felt damp. Towels, too. Mold under the light shade. Dust on the outside of the shade. Mold in the bathroom fan. Mini fridge smelled like something died in there. A gross bloody stain on the side of the bedding (fitted sheet). Clogged shower drain. Ice bucket had something gross in it. Ice machine was out of order. A rotten apple in the fruit bowl for the continental breakfast. The built in hair dryer was so weak it was pointless. We got through the night and got out of there. Again, I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I would have liked to have known this before booking. I don’t need much with a hotel. But I do like things to be clean. This was pretty gross.

Before dawn we think maybe around 4:30 the fire alarm went off.

The first room wasn't as clean as it should have been. There was no problem switching rooms

It was in a quiet area and near a residential area that was convenient for a walk with my dog The very few tv stations, and I had to call them as I had trouble finding the place

When we arrived it was about 10:30 at night our first room smelled so bad we couldn't stay in it we asked if there was another room which the staff was very helpful with and got us another room. Unfortunately the second room the AC barely worked and went kicked on it was incredibly loud. Most likely the AC wasn't able to keep up so the whole room smelled damp as well. We would have gone somewhere else had there been any other options. The hot tub is also boarded over just as an FYI.

We stayed for 5 days, 6 nights, on a trip to visit family in the area. Our room was clean, and the towels were a good size and fluffy. The hot tub was out of service, but we enjoyed the pool daily. A nice variety of food for breakfast, including biscuits and gravy, sausage, and eggs. Pet friendly, there were several guests with dogs, with a good amount of grassy areas and safe walking paths. There were quite a few families with children staying, and they have connecting rooms which is great for families with more children, but our room was still very quiet, we couldn't hear noises from the hallway or other rooms. The staff were all polite and accommodating, and very patient with my daughter asking them all a million questions. We would definitely stay again.
