Fun City Resort Hotel

The other issue was that the exhaust in the bathroom runs non-stop. There is no switch to turn it off. It is not connected to the light switch. I only had contact with the staff 2 times. Once at check in, which they were very friendly. The 2nd I had to call to the front desk because the room next to be were being extremely loud at midnight, which the staff handled professionally. I'm not one to complain, so the view and the exhaust were a whatever thing to me. I would definitely book again though.

Not the best experience for us

Turns out the outdoor park was closed but the indoor pool was open. The staff was understanding of the issues and upgraded our room. Great room so no issues there. They were overly accommodating and great to work with, it just so happens the overall experience was not a great one this time around. The evening was going well until dinner. The in house restaurant got our order wrong a few times and left much to be desired. We toughed through it though and enjoyed time at the arcade. We figured the next day would bring better fortune but to no avail. Around 1am, Jerry the field mouse paid our room a visit and after running under the fridge, we lost him and didn't see him again. We ended up cancelling our second night and called it a trip. The hotel was very well kept, the staff was very friendly and great to partner with, we just got a bad run and it really dragged the experience unfortunately.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Clean room and extremely family friendly.

The arcade was a little underwhelming and fairly expensive for most activities - but the drinks and food are reasonably priced!

We loved it. We only spent a night but the kids had a great time!

It's kids friendly lots of stuff to do for the kids

The hotel was great. Everyone was helpful and kids had a great time.

From staffing to the room every thing was perfect. The staffing was definitely respectful and patient over the weekend with the larger amount a crowd

It’s annoying that when booking the property it says a message comes up saying there’s no pool, and when you try to message the hotel to ask a question you don’t get an answer- then when we got there the indoor pool was open and when I asked about they said it was Expedia not updating there website but like what’s the point of messaging the hotel on the app if no one is answering them?

Furnace was a bit outdated, but room was clean and sufficient

Great location but this is the second time sink backed up and shower door would not stay closed.

Room was great — Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely courteous & helpful.
