Fun experience, dining, casino, pool and arcade all in one!

Had plenty of things for all ages to do. Grandkids loved the arcade and laser tag. Went down to the casino for a few minutes this morning and all the staff there was friendly also.

Staff were all very nice and said hello every where you went. The manager of the hotel Rachel was extremely kind and helpful. Clean. Updated rooms. Food and wait staff were amazing. Overall great time!

The room was large and clean, staff were very helpful, the shower was a little weak but that is my only complaint.

The Waterpark had been closed for many months but it was not clearly explained. My daughter was very disappointed as this was her golden birthday trip. The staff was not apologetic or sympathetic. I had called with specific questions about the Waterpark, and they insisted that never happened. They were dismissive and condescending. The amenities that were operational were clean and enjoyable though.

After a really bad experience at the hotel I first booked.. poop and body liquids all over... they had a room free so I booked it. I was traumatized from the previous hotel and they were really accommodating and let me see the room before paying for it. Everything was so clean and everyone was super friendly. The food is super good and overall they made this trip so much better.
