Fantastic hotel and staff. The room was very nice and clean!

great location next to Party City and Casino, as well as near highway

Room was spacious and didn’t look outdated. Hadn’t stayed there before, always stayed at the other hotel (fun city).

Very nice place. Very friendly.

The room wasn't as big as we thought it would be but it was nice. We traveled with 2 dogs and the relief area was easy to find & supplied well. The outdoor sitting area was nice and we enjoyed it. We didn't use the indoor pool. We wanted to use the outdoor pool but it was closed. The continental breakfast was great.

We stayed here overnight for 4th weekend. The property was very clean, staff was kind and welcoming. We have a dog and there are two places for restroom with doggie bags and a trash can! They even give you a door tag to let the cleaners know you have a dog. We also got welcome and departure water bottles, which was amazing after and before a day of travel. The hotel is attached to the casino and you can stay within the building to access it. We went for an hour or so and had a nice time! It was a fun feature to have for a quick overnight stay without having to leave the property. Breakfast was kinda lackluster but standard. Room was very clean and AC worked well for a VERY humid day. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Great property!

The hotel was very nice, updated and clean. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of things to choose from. Would stay in again.

Nice and clean, I felt very secure knowing I have to use a badge just to get in the building. The continental breakfast was great! Ice machines available nearby. Even though the casino is connected limited hours even though I was told that it was recently purchased. As far as the casino I didn't sit and gamble. Even though I'm a former smoker there is a sign stating no cigar or pipe tobacco but I did see 4 people smoking cigarettes

Expedia reservations made at Hampton are treated with rudeness when the manager Jack says "Oh this is a 3rd party reservation and there is nothing I can do to help you with anything at all!" They made no attempt to assist us with a late (next day) arrival on a 2 night stay. We called the Hampton directly and of course the policy is a penalty of the one night but then Hampton cancelled the reservation and treated my wife very coldly when she arrived the next day. Hampton made her make a new reservation and overcharged the her compared to the original Expedia reservation. We do understand policies but when a guest calls Hampton Inn during check in on a 2 night stay and let's the hotel know that they will arrive late (next day) it seems like Hampton could hold the room for the 2nd night. I guess we expected better treatment by Hampton since we called. Expedia wasn't able to help since the reservation was not cancellable. After several calls I finally got through to someone at Expedia who tried to help by calling the Hampton hotel. Expedia says they are not charging anything and that everything is with Hampton. Maybe we should stop using Expedia? Hampton is definitely not very courteous. Good Luck!
