The toilet leaked, the food was bland and the room was overly humid. It’s a hotel in need of some upgrades.

The room we stayed in appeared to have been very quickly cleaned up, very recently. There was toilet paper still in the peephole from the previous guest, and just didn’t feel CLEAN clean. The pool was great, spacious and includes a separate hot tub. The pool rules were posted on every wall and door, clearly stating no food/drink and no glass. There was a sizable family in the pool room one evening, with several boxes of pizza. It wasn’t really the pizza I had issue with, but all the adults were drinking Corona in and out of the pool. Meanwhile the 5-7 kids were constantly splashing and screaming. Having kids of my own trying to safely play, I had to cut our time short after 15 minutes. It seemed to be a pretty busy weekend at the hotel, I didn’t realize so many people traveled for Fathers Day (if that’s what it was). I don’t blame the lobby/desk/breakfast attendants one single bit. I would definitely stay again.

We liked the shower, which had twice as much pressure as a previous hotel at which we had stayed during our trip. We truly appreciated the refrigerator in our room. The hotel clerk (I don't remember his name) was very outgoing and courteous. We chose to not eat any of the breakfast items. First, my wife and I have dietary restrictions (no pork or seafood, plus she has celiac disease), but the food that had been set out was not labeled and we aren't about to guess at what we're eating (neither of us likes cereal). An employee came in and brought either food or juice (can't remember for sure what she brought), but she was apparently too busy and hurried to look at anyone--otherwise, I would have asked her some questions. I then noticed there was one apple in a fruit basket, but when I picked it up, I observed what appeared to be a bruised spot where I'm guessing a worm had been, so I could only wonder how much attention/care is given to what is set out. I would say the breakfast options were the worst part of our otherwise enjoyable stay. We only stopped in Burlington so we could visit our niece and her husband; they later told us the hotels in this area are so pricey because it's near a casino. We don't gamble, so if we had known of a less expensive hotel away from the casino, we would have booked our room there instead.

Upon entering my room, there was a mildew locker room odor and I went back to the lobby to ask for a new room and the staff was very flexible and accommodating to put me in a new room which smelled much cleaner.

The room that I stayed in was very clean and quiet. Loved it!

The room was great, but booked the hotel for graduation of my nephew. My kids wanted to swim at the pool but it was closed & there was no discount given or other accommodations given. Just a sorry about it.

The property was very clean I’m very disappointed. The main reason I brought my kids here was to use the pool, especially since most pools aren’t open right now. After someone got sick in the pool, we were basically left sitting in the room watching TV. I understand situations happen, but offering no refund, no discount, and simply telling us to go home doesn’t feel fair. I paid for an experience that my family wasn’t able to enjoy, and I’d appreciate some type of accommodation or resolution.

The room needed the bed made after we checked in and went to put the luggage away. Other than that it was a great place. I would recommend staying there.

Parking was good. Didn’t have breakfast there.

Location The pancake make wasn’t working due to not having pancake mix. The breakfast wasn’t staying filled as it should have been with the amount of people staying.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice selection of breakfast options. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Had a little problem checking in, staff was able to correct it immediately! Beds were comfortable, pool/hottub area was great, breakfast was delicious!

Good variety for the free breakfast. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Stephanie was wonderful. She was welcoming and always had a smile and kind word to share. The facility was super clean. Pool and spa very nice, clean and did not have that overwhelming smell of chlorine. Water sparkling clean. Breakfast and coffee was great. Will definitely stay again!!!

Room was great and perfect for our stay
