Quality Inn Burlington near Hwy 34

the price was fair. all else was good to excellent.

Convenient to the Catfish Bend event center. Staff was helpful when there was an issue with my TV. Broken furniture tucked under stairs. There was a cockroach in my room.

Clean and inviting.

Beds are very uncomfortable. TVs are old, remote is difficult to use.

Rooms were terrible. I asked to change rooms 3 times and still didn't find a clean room. Left early and refused to stay for my full reservation.

I l8ked the location The showercwadnt clean. The pop machine was broken & what looked like really old pop in it. The wall by the bed had mold on it. The bathroom door would stick shut when you try to get out. The pillows were old & flat. Didn't gave enough washcloths for the 4 guests we reserved for.

Continental Breakfast was a disappointment. Only had biscuits and gravy, gravy looked watered down. Juice was a powdered drink that tasted lousy

Clean room, comfortable bed.

Location was ok. The bed was pretty comfortable and the towels smelled clean. There was a decent-sized mini fridge. The pillows on the bed were tiny, almost like throw pillows. The floor was very greasy and left our socks dark and dirty. The continental breakfast was pretty limited and some of the food was not very hot at all.

Customer service was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I like that there was flooring instead of carpet.

Great service! Great price! A little rough around the edges but a great stay overall! Just needed a bit of a better clean on the ac unit as it had a smell! Otherwise a Great stay

The floor had dead bugs on it, the treadmill mill wasn't working and the breakfast selection wasn't very good. The "hot food" sausage and gravy was cold and the orange juice didnt have any flavor to it.

Our room was typical of lower priced properties, so it was as expected. Hard floor. Loud A/C unit. Somewhat worn. I slept well. The shower was hot. The breakfast spread had only a few options - just providing some calories to start the day. When trying to sleep, I could hear a truck running outside with music playing and when I notified the manager, she quickly went out and made it stop.

Staff was friendly & accommodating. Room appeared ok but floor was filthy! My feet were black on the bottom when going barefoot 1st night.

Good location Bathroom was a little tired.

Convince and location Continental breakfast very lame and non edible, sorry

Everything was very nice until a roach appeared on the desk! :((

Older hotel. Nothing fancy but sufficient and reasonably priced.
