Quality Inn Burlington near Hwy 34

It's older but rooms were clean. Easy to get to hwy 34 & 61. The outside had weeds everywhere around the building & in the parking lot.

Staff was very friendly. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast.

The property was an okay stay. Should be listed for a little under what we paid per night ($104). When we got to the room the tv didn’t work, but a staff member helped us fix it. The safe in our room wasn’t working for our entire stay. Even after bringing it to the attention of staff members. They never got back to us or fixed it. The tub was leaking every time you took a shower. The tub also had an incline towards the back of it and had no shower mat, so falling in the shower was a real threat. Every review I’ve looked at people are complaining about the bed noises and this was also an issue for us. The bed sits on an aluminum base and makes a fair bit of noise when you get on it. All in all it wasn’t a bad stay. 5/10

The floor was nasty. Yes it had been mopped, but it was real sticky. If you tried to walk on it everything else was just OK. There was nothing great about the hotel. There were only three tables in the dining room for people to eat. Parking was great.

Fan on air conditioner was loud, wouldn't go on low

Bed are on a metal base and when you sit or lay on the bed they make a loud banging sound like bending sheet metal. Had to change rooms twice. Front desk person was very underatanging and went out of his way to help.

Straight forward, just a step up from a motel. Clean enough to sleep and shower but not ideal in the heat as the AC was wanting. Also they charged a 100 dollar deposit at check in for a two day stay that was not disclosed beforehand and isn't standard for Choice Hotels in general with a prepaid stay.

No breakfast. Dirty rooms key issues

Honestly? Nothing. the place smells. the rooms smelled. The air conditioning could not keep the room cool. the humidity in the room was probably 90%. water pressure was very week. toilets barely flushed. The mattress should have been replaced 5 years ago. I couldn't stay in the place another night and when I tried to cancel the second night your smiling clerk told me to bad they were going to charge me for the second night. So I basically forfeited $100 to not stay there the 2nd night. Thats how bad it was.

Air conditioner was very loud. It did cool well.

The staff was nice, the stay was good. Nice and quiet hotel. Location close to everything restaurants Walmart not too far. Could have been cleaner but its eas not dirty. Did not smell bad was pleasant. Air conditioner worked very well. Looking like it was updated not to long ago Could have been cleaner it wasn't dirty. Slow draining water in tub it wasn't clogged just slow draining while showering

the price was fair. all else was good to excellent.

Clean and inviting.

Convenient to the Catfish Bend event center. Staff was helpful when there was an issue with my TV. Broken furniture tucked under stairs. There was a cockroach in my room.

Very old, noisy A/C, did not work on low setting at all (would shut off if set to a lowest setting) Beds are very uncomfortable. TVs are old, remote is difficult to use.

Convenient, clean. good for price.

Rooms were terrible. I asked to change rooms 3 times and still didn't find a clean room. Left early and refused to stay for my full reservation.

I l8ked the location The showercwadnt clean. The pop machine was broken & what looked like really old pop in it. The wall by the bed had mold on it. The bathroom door would stick shut when you try to get out. The pillows were old & flat. Didn't gave enough washcloths for the 4 guests we reserved for.

Shower needs work . Continental Breakfast was a disappointment. Only had biscuits and gravy, gravy looked watered down. Juice was a powdered drink that tasted lousy

Clean room, comfortable bed.
