The front desk receptionist was very attentive and personal well into the early morning hours when we arrived. Nothing comes to mind.

It was quiet & they gave us water, when we checked in, was hot out, so that was so nice!

Reception staff were very nice, friendly, kind and helpful. The facility is in the midst of remodeling but have done a good job keeping that from interfering with the stay. The free water and free cookies were nice. Breakfast was very good. Despite staying for three nights, the housekeeper never cleaned the room even though it was requested. But the reception staff and management were very kind and gave me a discount because of that, for which I was very thankful. So, its an issue with the housekeeper not with the hotel itself.

My suggestions for making this a 5 stars - The bathroom area needs a couple of towel bars. There was only a double hook on the door. A little landscape maintenance is needed. A quick vacuum in stairways to show off that new carpet. If in the area - would certainly suggest to anyone to book a room here!!
