Customer service was great. Conveniently located and loved the amenities in our room. We loved being able to cook our own meals and Shon was so accommodating. The walls in our room could’ve been cleaner but everything else was great.

Seemed like a safe neighborhood. Strange offices hours. No one on site at night. Very dated furniture but I guess it was to be expected for such a cheap price. Def not a higher end hotel.

We arrived late around 10:30 pm. The outside looks a little sketch and the room was old and didn't look to be cleaned. There was a large pee stain in the middle of the bed, lock chain on the door was broken, toilet seat peeling, dirt under and around the cabinets and overall just a mess. The only reason I rated 2 stars is because the staff was friendly and offered a different room and once we declined and requested a refund, it was done.

Like a small apartment; living room/dining area, full kitchen, comfortable bed, spacious closet, everything super-clean!

Was not bad stay. I was not there a lot. The lady did let us check in after 1 pm for I guess it is supposed to after 3 pm. But I had this room booked since April. Kind of hard to find at first but it is nestled in the middle of two other hotels and a bar. So, you get free entertainment.
