The staff were really nice and easy to get in contact with. We didn’t like how nothing was really done about the room above us who were making a lot of noise. While the manager did talk to the people upstairs twice, they still continued making noise. We understand that they have a child upstairs but, all the noise the kid was making in the night time and early morning was unacceptable. We hope for future stays that this issue is fixed so we can have an enjoyable experience.

Just horrible experience outside noisy up all night just horrible VERY LOAD OUTSIDE NO TOWELS JUST TERRIBLE

We arrived late around 10:30 pm. The outside looks a little sketch and the room was old and didn't look to be cleaned. There was a large pee stain in the middle of the bed, lock chain on the door was broken, toilet seat peeling, dirt under and around the cabinets and overall just a mess. The only reason I rated 2 stars is because the staff was friendly and offered a different room and once we declined and requested a refund, it was done.

Layout of the room made us feel at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The manager was very helpful as I had accidentally booked our room for the incorrect date. He was able to find a room for us and honored the booking price. Overall a great place to stay. Nothing

Easy check in, even after check on hours were over. The staff was friendly and our room was great! Will definitely use them again the next time we are there!!!!!!

Perfect location and reasonable price. Nice staff person (Shaun) on duty. Bathroom was a little dated and rundown, but clean.

Clean rooms, hot water, quiet. The mattress was lumpy and could feel the springs. Light bulb out in the bathroom.

Was in very good spot and was quiet Was nothing I could complain about. Especially for working men it exceptionally convenient.

There was no breakfast. Bed was uncomfortable

Enjoyed my stay at Affordable Suites Burlington, NC. The facility was clean comfortable and affordable, very accommodating. The young man at the desk was very polite and professional. Great place to stay.

Close to stores, restaurants, events. The facilities were very clean. Kitchen essentials were supplied. The manager was very nice and accommodating. The bathroom needs general maintenance: toilet wobbly, tub stopper didn’t work. Not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience.

I had a truck and trailer and there is a spot for that combo. The manager was great. Answered all my questions and provided everything I needed. More or bigger pillows on the bed.

My room was impeccably clean thank you for that. Manager was amazing, nice,kind,helpful and such a great happy attitude...thank you sir we appreciate you and we will see you soon God bless you N/A

Shawn was Amazing! such a nice young man and eager to help in any way . We are so Thankful to fi d this place we come here often for Church events and our family and we are happy to find a place that is so well maintained and managed . Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. -
