Room had a terrible smell like pee. Hotel is old, only 2 towels given at a time. Light in bathroom flickered the hole time toilet was stained. Worst part was the pee smell. Definitely would never stay there again if I wasn’t with a team stay I would have checked out. Front desk staff were very nice which was a positive.

The elevators floor and panels should be mopped and wiped daily. It was sticky and dirty.

This is an older hotel that had been rebranded to Holiday Inn Express, so not the standard aesthetics of an HIEx. However the facility was nice, staff was friendly & breakfast was as expected from HIEx (love those cinnamon buns). My only complaint was I didn’t expect a queen bed instead of a king, and it wasn’t a great mattress.

Bed was to high, bathtub floor too slippery, I would suggest having plastic mats for the tubs so people won't fall. Also the toilet is to low for handicap people.

The staff were all so welcoming & helpful. The breakfast was hot & delicious! Our room was comfortable and very clean.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The location was great (easy to get to Mebane and Durham) for graduations. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The only issue we had was a traveling baseball team was in the facility on the first night of our stay. They were a little loud.

Staff very helpful and kind. Room very clean and AC worked very well. Wish pool was open as it was 91* in April.

Breakfast is yummy! Has a cool “pancake machine” that makes pancakes on a conveyer belt format! Cool!! Room was clean… only complaint (and I reported this twice) people adjacent to my room were DEFINITELY smoking in their room- and smoke lingered in from air vents! Other than that… room was nice- staff great!
