Hampton Inn & Suites Burlington, NC

La chambre était très propre le lit confortable mais les oreillers serait à changer très mou et pas de soutien pour la tête et le prix de l’hôtel un peu chère pour cette chambre le déjeuner était bien dans l’ensemble c’était bien mais sans plus

I & my husband are allergic to dogs & cats. We requested a room where no animals are allowed. The room appeared clean, but we woke up with allergic reactions of swollen red eyes & stuffy noses (common allergic reactions to animal dander for us). After leaving the room for several hours the symptoms diappeared! We asked the hotel clerk if animals are allowed on our floor, and she said that animals are allowed on all floors, but a "deep clean" is done after they check out. Animal dander gets on curtains, bedspreads, carpet, furniture & lingers in the air! We will never stay at a Hampton Inn again!

Staff is amazing including Kamiya & Juan!!! Ebony has an exceptional personality, she's checked us in! We had 2 seperate reservations she made the move easy and simple and scheduled us to be moved at 12 noon. Sara called at 11:45 a.m. to ask that I come down at 12 p.m. to check back-in to my bigger suite. She was very soft spoken and friendly. I came down and was helped by Sasha to check in to my new suite. She made the move easy for me and also helped get coffee, etc. She was also very helpful and friendly! We met Brianna yesterday evening on our way out to work. She was very friendly, and offered us cookies on our way out. She was very nice and bubbly too. To the Owners your staff is your backbone, to be successful, and they are all wonderful! The housekeepers were extremely quite we were able to sleep comfortably during the morning hours on into early evening without being disturbed. We will be back on Monday. Looking forward to another great stay again! Thank you, Angela & Michael L. Hall, Jr. w/ ACS doing Food Lion remodels in the area so, we look forward to getting to know you all soon.

Ebony, is Amazing just like all the reviews I read stated. She is the reason we decided to stay at this Hotel. All the reviews where right on point. I also dealt with Sarah & Sasha at the front desk whom are also great too! Thank you, all for a job well done. You all get a 5 star rating from us! We will be back to stay on future work dates because everything was awesome for us during our stay. Housekeepers like Kamiya was also helpful as well. The only thing that could have been better for me was the Internet/WiFi I had to use my own mobile hot spot because the internet wasn't available. Traveling for business and internet is a much needed service. Luckily, I do have my hot spot when needed,
