The hotel has a cozy, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. We especially enjoyed Wednesday night’s live jazz in the lobby—it was a fantastic touch that added to the overall experience. One of our favorite amenities was having complimentary coffee, tea, and water available on our floor, which was so convenient. We also loved that the hotel offers e-bikes storage for guests. We took advantage of it and had an amazing ride along the bike Recreation Path, all the way toward South Hero and back. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, HV exceeded our expectations. The exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities made for a memorable stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Burlington.

The hotel was extremely clean and in a great location relative to things to do in Burlington. The staff was very helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and things to do. Overall, awesome place!

Hotel staff were SUPER friendly, helpful and professional. The room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. Hotel location and on-site parking were hugely helpful for exploring the area. Restaurant food and service excellent. LOVE the water and beverage service area on each floor. Best Burlington hotel experience we have EVER had. THANKS!! It didn't hurt the trip, but wish there was venting of shower steam in bathroom, and that "partial view" wasn't the roof top parking lot with lovely but odd window decal of a Vermont landscape.

It was beautiful and quiet. Each floor has its own coffee, tea and water which was lovely. It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

I loved the spacious feel of the room with Japanese screen doors. It was light and airy. The bed was sumptuous. The decor throughout is a mix of sleek and rustic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved this hotel!

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Vermont! We planned on renting cruiser bicycles to use on the bike path, and were surprised to find the hotel had complimentary bikes available for use. The location was superb, and the staff were attentive and helpful. When next we find ourselves in Burlington, we will stay at Hotel Vermont!

Room size, layout, light, decor.

A bit dated but great location. The beds are not great, and the sheets felt like sand paper. The room was not the cleanest at this price point. Anna at the reception was AMAZING!! She alone made everything else not as relevant. The self parking was very convenient.

We arrived late in the evening, around 10:15pm. It was such a delight to walk into a warm and cozy environment. The fireplace was going and the front desk person seemed so happy to see us, as if he'd been waiting for us. Which obviously he had not, but it was a nice treat either way. The bar had just closed but I had such a treacherous drive that I asked if they'd make an exception and serve me a glass of wine. The bartender was sweeping up and yet was happy to serve me. There was no hesitation, even if I was a nuisance. If so, they didn't let it show. Our room was big and warm and had all the these adorable touches of Vermont. They've really thought it through with their Vermont soaps, and robes and coverlets and even the blown glass soap dish is locally sourced. The rugs and bedding were of high enough quality for the cost of the night and we felt very comfortable. We ordered room service the next morning, enjoying the hash and the pancakes with local blueberries and local syrup. It was great! We stored our luggage with them and headed out to explore UVM and then back to sit by the fire while we waited for our car service. It was a great experience and we will definitely stay here again. It is a large hotel with big sliding doors for plenty of guests to enter. I thought it a nice blend of a large well orchestrated corporate experience with a bunch of niche boutique touches.
