The lobby and restaurant were so pretty and unique with lots of private sitting areas. Created in an old fire house. Perfectly located to lake and shopping.

Very centrally located to the pedestrian downtown, the lakefront, and close enough to UVM and Champlain College to make our visit very easy for everything that we wanted to do. Beautiful adaptive reuse of an historic armory building for the bar, restaurant, entry and lobby areas with rooms in an attached, newer building. Great visit, will stay here again!

Towels are horrible. Their bathrooms need renovation. Their sheets do not stay on the mattress. I had no hot water at the sink. The service in their restaurant is painfully slow. They also should have longer restaurant hours.

We have stayed here many times in the past. It is reliable, convenient, clean and quiet at night. We have also once had to travel with our dog and it has pet friendly rooms that were great!

Hôtel super bien situé, le personnel est super, le seul problème, c’est qu’il y a beaucoup de frais à ajouter une fois sur place…. Le service de valet à chaque nuit, les frais de Wifi à chaque nuit, la taxe d’hébergement. L’hôtel devrait inclure ses frais dans la réservation.

Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the location downtown, we were able to leave the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. Valet parking was good, though seemed a little pricey on top of room charges. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Food was good, not exceptional.
