Great location but front desk staffing was minimal at best. Waited

Hilton had no record of my reservation, it was after midnight (3 hour delay on AMTRAK) clerk just kept saying we don't have your reservation, I shared all my Expedia data with no luck or interest. I asked if he had rooms, yes $519/night, took it and spent over an hour working with Expedia app as they called hotel a few times with no luck. Expedia reimbursed me 100% for the 2 nights, never a word from Hotel staff or Hilton. I am curious what went wrong. Not looking forward to calling every hotel to confirm status as I travel often using Expedia.

This is a great location in Burlington with easy pedestrian access to downtown shops, dining, bars. They have 8 EV chargers which was great for us! Very accessible
-
property is at a great location. walkable to restaurants and shops. Staff are aways friendly.
-
Thin walls. Expensive valet-required parking.

It has a beautiful lobby and it’s in a great location. The staff was friendly. The only drawback was that the in-room bathroom was not well maintained. The faucet handles were loose, the drain had no cover, and the shower had mold.

Easily accessible, very nice and extremely comfortable Nothing

I enjoyed the aesthetic and design of the place, the desk attendant was friendly and gave us a great room on the 4th floor with a cool city & lake view. Didn’t love the valet parking.

location 1. cost was exorbitant. I needed to stay in that immediate location, so I had to pay the price. There was nothing about the property itself that justified your cost. 2. the tv is utterly unsatisfactory. Can't get broadcast channels, can't navigate to providers easily, and worst of all, it requires guests to pay for Netflix and other providers. 2. the 24 daily charge for parking valet was exploitive. Your daily room rate that you receive covers your cost of garage. 3. the convoluted route one has to take to one's room is long and difficult for slightly disabled seniors. 4. the toilet paper shreds into long strips if you're not careful. 5. the tub drain stopper cannot be levered up sufficiently to allow efficient drainage. 6. the restaurant was far too cold to enjoy any food. It may have been 68.

The rooms were clean and the staff was great. Good location for everything.

Shower/bath tub drainage in room 222 was very slow. It seemed that the cleaning service was stingy with providing us enough towels.

Personnel très gentil et professionnel. Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable. Seul point négatif, le bruit particulièrement fort de la ventilation et le fait que les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Nous avions le bruit du téléviseur de la chambre voisine à 6h le matin.

Stayed for three nights the room was not cleaned a single night. Needed to use the front desk several times and was typically greeted by a sign that says “we will be back momentarily” and momentarily usually meant 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel was very clean and cheery the public areas and its very convenient to downtown Burlington, but the operations, i.e. front desk and housekeeping, seem to need a little work.

Bar tender gave me a double Makerrs Mark without me asking for it

Location was great - could walk everywhere! Shuttle to/ from airport was helpful. Beds were cozy!

Incredible hospitality throughout our stay! We were greeted by Sarah, who immediately made us feel welcomed like old friends coming for a stay. Through out our evenings Dean was thoughtful and incredibly helpful. The valet staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast buffet and service was lovely! Our only slight snag was a view of a brick wall out the window and some loud compressors outside but the room was clean and lovely. And honestly, when both the waterfront and Church street are steps away, who cares about the hotel views!

Front desk and valet staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel are big and clean. Location is super. I had booked bed and breakfast. When I arrived for breakfast I told staff my room number (I wasnt asked for it) and was asked to take a seat. When I was finishing up, I was handed a bill. I explained booking included breakfast and showed them my booking on the app. I was told that reception should have given me a breakfast voucher on arrival, so they advised me to return to reception to collect voucher. My back was up immediately. I told them it is the hotels problem. Not mine. If they want a voucher they can go to reception to get it. There was a bit of a stand-off for a few minutes and they backed down and went to reception to sort. Again, another example of bad training and a lack of sense. BTW, the food was the best breakfast on our roadtrip.
