After reading other reviews I was expecting this to be nicer than it was. The bathroom lacked in cleanliness and the room was dated.

Hotel and room was great ! However management was poor . Breakfast atrium closed early with no notice and front desk stated they didn’t have time to post a sign and inform everyone . I am a Hilton Honors member and I showed up at the atrium at 10:03 am and was told they close at 10 am . Even tho people were still eating and the buffet was still out .

Buffet breakfast was plentiful and quite delicious. Again, service was fast, friendly and courteous. We quite enjoyed our stay and would recommend it other travelers.

Great Location. Close to the waterfront. Pre pay breakfast with your reservation is a bargain. Clean, safe location.

Easy check in with helpful and friendly staff, warm cookies at check in, very clean room, excellent breakfast at the on-site restaurant, and great location.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the refrigerator ran too cold and some of the drinks froze.

On our second day we left at approx 8am to see the town. We returned approx 5pm and our room was not cleaned; ok we don't care about the bed and we're clean people anyway but our wet towels were still i the bath tub. We reported it, no clean towels...great thing is, the pool provides towels so we just took a bunch from their. We get that people gets busy but we reported it at 5pm then again at 9pm...luckily the pool closes at 9. Sure hang things to dry; the BR has 1 hanger so when you add swim suits your pretty limited on what you can hang up to dry. All in all great stay but service is poor.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, quiet.

Location, easy on and off the highway. Clean, modern rooms. Large lobby area. Pretty much liked everything.

breakfast finish too early

Breakfast service ends at 10:00 AM, and it was impossible to get a table at that time. Usually, I believe 11:00 AM is the standard closing time for breakfast service. Plus, it was a buffet. A staff member offered to pack us a box to go, but the hot buffet items were no longer available. On the plus side, meal prices are very reasonable, the service is impeccable, and the décor is lovely. I would go back! One minor downside: the mattress was far too soft.

Also had a cute welcome drink in the lobby with fresh fruits and citrus, such nice little touches from other hotels we have visited recently.

Rooms are great and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Both the restaurants were good. But few things we had play around with to find out. The bed side phones to call front desk didn't have any numbers working. Had to find out using their QR code on tele. The coffee maker in the room is a keurig you will have to get use too. Fill tank is seal and we over filled it by mistake couple times trying to figure out if the machine was working. But other then that. I would still stay here again on my next visit.

Nice location. Pleasant staff. Short drive to downtown.

Room was spacious and clean with big refrigerator. Hotel overall was lean nice. Would stay there again. Hard to give a 5 after staying at Shelburne Farms Inn, Green Mountain Inn, and Le Mount Stephen within the same two weeks but did give overall 5! Didn’t enjoy fire alarm last night there but it happens from time to time! Lots of construction ongoing at hotel (Jun 2026).

Room was clean. Kids loved the swimming pool.
