Unfortunately, I had to change my room due to the pet smell as I learned that all rooms are pet friendly. I recommend only having a section of the hotel being pet friendly as they really bothered my allergies. However, when I brought it to staff’s attention they were extremely attentive to give me another room.

the staff and counter person was not very friendly or informed. and process was very slow. breakfast staff didn't seem to care. no idea about ingredients. The hotel was rate 3.5 but it was much below that in quality.

Stayed 2 nights and the property and rooms were nice.

Suzette at the front desk was fantastic! Marya did a wonderful job cleaning the room. Breakfast great. 24 hour coffee was a godsend. Everything was clean and worked perfectly.

Carpet in hallways was dingy. First appearance made hallways appear dirty.
