Best Western Plus Windjammer Inn & Conference Center

Close to airport It’s normally not my type of hotel so we stayed there simply because we had a 6 am flight out from airport that is ten min away. That’s why we stayed here. Convenience need—not aesthetic need

Nice location Very nice

It was clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. Local buses were a short walk away at the University Mall. We also had a good meal at the adjacent Windjammer pub. Our room was a bit small.

Welike how close it is the the Burlington Airport so we can park our car there and that there's a shuttle that takes you to the airport when you ask for it. The attached Windjammer restaurant is a a popular local's restaurant with great food. We have stayed their the night before early morning flights and it takes a lot of stress out of getting to the airport for those flights. Highly recommend!

Location convenient, staff friendly. Like the coffee maker, just need to add another one to reduce waiting. For $300+ it was not as nice of a facility as it should be. Getting run down. The breakfast area is a long way from lobby/ rooms and not that great. Would not likely stay again.

Convenient and clean. Staff were very nice. Breakfast is great and more than other places offer. Wall unit was quite noisy during the night and the toilet was really noisy when refilling. Have stayed here a few times. Not sure why access road is so rutted.

Decent hotel for a one night stay while in transit. Older hotel, could use some updating. Felt a bit run down. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Centrally located and a quick drive into Burlington.

It was a very busy weekend so the room was used to get ready and sleep. Comfortable stay.

We had requested a pack and play for our one year old when we booked the room. When we were checking in, they were unable to locate a pack and play initially. They did eventually find one, however, the crib they dropped off in our room was missing the bottom support, resulting in our child falling and scratching himself. When we asked for a new crib, they sent someone to our room, who stated that “this is what everyone uses.” He finally realized that it was indeed missing a part. The whole process of checking in to getting a safe crib for our child took over 2 hours. Just sharing to hopefully save another family from the same issue.

Clean, restaurant was excellent . They need EV charging stations at least one would be terrific. Staff were super nice and customer service oriented

I liked the location, the ease of check in and check out, the room was very clean and spacious and the windows were large and overlooked the parking lot and the woods. I appreciated the non-dairy milk at the coffee bar! I didn’t like the limited options for rooms. I was traveling with my teenage son and wanted a suite with two beds, one in each room. But the only option suitable was the family suite, and it had extra space we didn’t need but had to pay for.

I had a very nice stay. Room and bed were very comfortable and clean; friendly staff. Parking was plentiful. The walls were very thin so it was a bit noisy and there was a lot of maintenance going on during the day (sawing, water shutoff), but I think this was just temporary and understand it was likely to improve the facilities. I would return here on another visit.
