We chose this property because it had a pub and a restaurant. At check-in, we discovered that neither were open. The last thing we wanted to do was go find food in the car. I never would have booked the hotel if I knew food was not available. Incredibly disappointed.

What we especially liked about this hotel was the outdoor space. They have beautiful landscaping, and a nice pool to sit out by. Our room was clean and accommodating, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.

We loved this hotel. We booked the suite with 3 beds and a couch! We can never find suites with 3 beds so this was great. Very clean with nice amenities!

Friendly staff. Very good airport shuttle service. I chose this hotel because they offered the shuttle and a restaurant. I would not have booked if I knew the restaurant was closed.

Pictures of hotel online are old for sure. Run down some from what is pictured. Toilet was running in the room. They sent someone up to fix but still was running. They gave us a different room which was bigger. That was a plus. Had small french doors separating the bed from the rest of the room. Took us all our strength to open them. Food at restaurant was mediocre.

Had an excellent stay here. It's located a quick 10 min cab ride from the Amtrak Union Station and in walking distance to local buses that get you to other neighborhoods quickly. There are also supermarkets and a small in walking distance should you need anything last minute. The indoor pool and gym were immaculate. My room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was tasty and the 24/7 lobby hot coffee/tea was a nice perk. Staff was very kind as well.

All good. Clean, everything one needs. It was a little disappointing that the Windjammer was closed for the weekend .
