My partner and I planned a last minute getaway to celebrate our anniversary in Vermont, and the hotel did not disappoint! Staff were very friendly upon arrival and asked us for floor preferences, which I thought was very thoughtful! Our room was very clean and organized, and we appreciated the daily cleaning/water restock. The hotel itself is a 10 minute drive from downtown, and it’s quiet enough but also near shopping/quality food choices. We took a dip in the pool and the hot tub, which was very comforting after a long drive from NYC! Overall, I’d recommend this hotel - you get a good deal :)

Rude and sarcastic. House keeping opening the door without knocking. Check in was made to be miserable. Mistreated and put to the side. Double charged us. Felt rushed to checkout. A staff member actually had encountered in public and harassed my husband.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was helpful hotel, nice and clean and also in a good location. I would definitely stay there again.

Hôtel is outdated and getting tired. The door had a crack all the way around, not allowing a full seal. It was quite loud at night with college kids yelling running around.

Hôtel bien situé, lit très confortable. Très bon déjeuner. Par contre la piscine était douteuse, l’eau était très brouillée, nous n’avons pas osé nous baigner.

Attractive, clean room, very comfortable bed, coffee maker, fridge, bar/restaurant in-house. Just very comfortable, clean, and pleasant after a long, hard day!

Paid an extra $100 for this hotel because it hah a hot tub. Hot tub did not work. Said it was broke for i year.

The Pantry room was a nice surprise. The free ice cream was an added bonus.

Room and bed was totally acceptable. Air conditioner rattled on and off all night and location of room wasn’t great.

Location convenient to Burlington. We were given likely the worst room in the hotel -#105 and told this was the only room available though we made the reservation several weeks in advance and have some kind of Bonvoy status. This was the first room in the hall next to the lobby and was a major thoroughfare into the night.
