Beds were comfortable. It was nice getting pretzels and water at check in. Close to the airport. Carpets smelled musty.

The lobby is pretty nice, the breakfasts are ok, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. My only complaint was that carpet in the elevator was filthy and looking at it after another guest told us his room had not been cleaned, shook my confidence. A simple change in carpeting would help.

I’ve stayed here many times over the years and I have to say this time was a complete turnoff. I know it’s a basic hotel but there were multiple cleanliness/sanitary issues that I seen during my 2 night stay. The tub and wall surround in our bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned thoroughly in a while, with black mold, orangey soap scum and dirty base. The hallways had a foul stench up on the 3rd floor when passing a couple of rooms. One of the housekeepers was bringing fresh sheets up in the elevator and she just dropped them on the dirty elevator floor so she didn’t have to hold them. The morning we were checking out I had seen little red bugs on the walls near the elevator. I was paranoid about bed bugs. It was a total deterrent from ever wanting to stay there again. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel was the easy breezy check-in and check-out. This property is need of renovation and all around better cleanliness.

Staff at Check-in was delightful and very helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Very early departure so didn’t get to try pool or breakfast. Very reasonable price and easy access for a short stay.

Found a tick in the shower and ants on the window sill. The curtains did not close the whole way. The hallway smelled of cigarette. All around, we did not feel too safe. We slept and got the hell out of there first thing in the morning. Price did NOT meet quality.

I don't recommend relying on using the pull-out couch. Even my 8 year-old complained about the mattress. Definitely don't expect an adult to use it!

Filthy. Old. Trash and used sheets in the closets. Weird smell in the lobby.

This hotel was in a good location for Burlington. It wasn't the cleanest place in the world and could stand for some updating.

The reception staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. I believe his name was Colin, on the overnight shift. I am very grateful. It had been a long day.

Front desk was kind, helpful, and on top of things. Easy and free early 4:30AM airport shuttle was extra helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

It’s an older hotel but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be properly cleaned. Carpet in the elevator was a disaster, so disgusting, all stained with the dried stuff on it. The staff was helpful at the front desk and at breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was decent standard hotel fair.
