Our room was clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast had a nice variety of tasty offerings. Staff recommended a great restaurant within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay!

The only negative was the jet tub having mold build up on the jets. I know they are very hard to clean, but I really would have liked to take a soak, but couldn’t because of the mold

The rooms smell pretty bad even after being cleaned. Staff is nice at least.

I asked for my room to be cleaned because I stayed there for five nights, but they only took out the trash. The bed was not even made. Despite all of this, the room itself was reasonably clean and, at least, it did not smell bad.

Walked in and it was decorated with pumpkins and they had lemon water made, and fresh cake. Felt very welcoming. Out check lady was the best! I think her name was Chris. What a sweet lady she was. She gave a good impression right off the bat. Loved staying there. The suite was the best too!

I guess housekeeping is not a thing at hotels anymore. If you wanted housekeeping, you had to specifically request it. We did make raids on the housekeeping carts for clean towels. They seem to have a problem with trash bags; there were everywhere.

The room had a foul odor when I first entered. very stuffy, not fresh smelling at all. I had to get the front desk to come and spray the room. It helped a little bit. Fortunately I had lysol spray travel size which I used to also help reduce the foul odor. it also smelled like smoke. The wooden furniture in the room was all faded and dirty. They could at least refinish the furniture. I was quite disappointed with the room. Not like the Comfort Inn I'm used to, especially at that price.

Parking was a bit tough to figure out but the front desk person was quick to mention this and get us squared away. Comfort Inns are my go to bc I like their pillows and bedding. This one had a very nice breakfast . The front desk crew were the best. Location is seven minutes from the airport. For me, thumbs up all around.

OK for a 2 night stay, on a very busy weekend. Room was fine, although couch was old and saggy. Cleaning staff completely took over the hallway and yacked away on the phone loud enough to be heard and annoying in the room.

Chambre qui a besoin d'amour. La porte de la partie du congélateur pour mettre ici-pack, absent. Le lit craque et je n'étais pas seule, juste en mouvement. Très vieux, la peinture est à faire, meubles à changer. Bien placé, c'est tout. Un pense-y bien pour un prochain séjour. Pour déjeuner seulement pain blanc !!!.

The employee at the desk was absolutely amazing and very helpful she made our stay much more enjoyable then it would have been if it weren't for her kindness and willingness to help us figure out an issue we had with our room!! 😁
