The reception staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. I believe his name was Colin, on the overnight shift. I am very grateful. It had been a long day.

Front desk was kind, helpful, and on top of things. Easy and free early 4:30AM airport shuttle was extra helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

I was given water when I checked it which was much appreciated. The vent above the door started making a strange noise as soon as I drifted off to sleep and woke me up. The front desk sent someone up to check it out right away! Since they couldn’t fix it they gave me a new room so I could sleep. They also drove me to the airport super early in the morning.

It’s an older hotel but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be properly cleaned. Carpet in the elevator was a disaster, so disgusting, all stained with the dried stuff on it. The staff was helpful at the front desk and at breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was decent standard hotel fair.

Location was great Wallpaper was peeling in three spots, there was an unpleasant smell, and housekeeping had forgotten to remove a soccer balloon from the room from previous occupant.

The staff was amazing! I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me, but she was an angel! I left prior to the start of breakfast and she had a to go bag delivererd to my room while I was at my grandson's middle school graduation. She also arranged it so that I could check in prior to the graduation which took place in South Burlington at 2 PM. My bed was incredibly comfortable, as was the room. There were two little things that I brought to the attention of the staff - slippery bottom on the bath tub and no clock in the room. I was assured that all rooms were to get non slip bottoms put in the tubs within the next couple of months and that a clock should have been in the room and they would put one in right away. The clock was a minor detail, but the slippery tub could be a probelm. I was reassured that they were aware and were taking care of it.

My room was filthy, questionable stains on the furniture, dirty bathroom, gross carpet. Housekeeping in the hallways at 7:30 in the morning slamming doors and yelling at each other. All of it

Loved the chilled water in lobby Ceiling tile in bathroom was stained, chipped paint During breakfast, I approached front desk twice (had to come back as the lady was busy buttering her bagel) to ask for change of $20, for tip. She had none, had to leave few singles & quarters as that’s all we had. Would have left more Coffee is a little weak
