Staff was polite. We didn't use it but it was nice the pool was open again. Cracked and broken flooring tiles in bathroom. Housekeeping came in and only emptied trash,didn't make beds or anything else. The refrigerator froze our drinks.

Access to swimming pool 24/7 check in Value for money is quite bad as the room was very expensive, it also says "breakfast included" but said breakfast consists of packed donuts and cereal bars, not even fresh fruit, yogurt or cereal... The towels in our bathroom were dirty The bathroom was also everything but modern

Inn needs some renovation. 70s look and feel. Much in disrepair.

The outside needs to be updated. The details in cleaning specially around the bottom of the refrigerator. Needs a new toilet paper holder. The room was nice but taking care of the little details would go a long way.

Staff was very nice. Affordable compared to other places near UVM Breakfast wasn’t expected but what they did put out was ick. Packaged junk food. But again, not expected so no big deal. Room was okay and beds were clean but outdated. Bathroom clean enough but terribly outdated. Soap and shampoo was terrible. No blow dryer in room but was able to ask for one. The whole facility needs a face lift so to speak but I was grateful to find anything remotely affordable in order to get my kid moved into UVM. Staff was super nice though bummed that there was no housekeeping.

I liked just about everything especially the pool! My door was difficult to open and there was a little plumbing issue with the toilet

Staff was very friendly and accommodating Uncomfortable bed, no directions for tv, no phone in room, very shop worn, bathroom very tiny

Parking was fine, breakfast was coffee and a muffin. It is not good for anyone with a disability. No elevator stairs to all rooms, no help with bags. My room had no towels. Please needs a refurbishing. AC worked but was noisy . Not going back there

Par contre, la salle de bain aurait clairement besoin de rénovations : la jonction entre le mur et du bain-douche est fissurée sur toute sa longueur, une tuile de céramique au sol est cassée et bouge les joints sont tachés orangés. Autre déception : l’annonce indiquait « déjeuner continental inclus ». En réalité, cela se limite à du café et quelques barres tendres ou collations emballées. Si vous vous attendez à du jus d’orange, des rôties, etc., vous risquez d’être déçus. Dommage, car avec quelques améliorations et un vrai déjeuner continental l’expérience aurait été beaucoup plus positive.
