Comparing to other places in the area, it it a good value for the money.

Hallway to room seemed filthy. The room was ok. The mattress was worn and sagged as you entered/left bed. The shower area wasn’t cleaned well. Hair and dust on top. Door was stained. Wall was chipped/peeling.

Great location. There didn't seem to be an elevator. We were on the third floor. The bathroom was in dire need of an update.

This property is exceptionally close to the airport and the staff both in the evening and in the morning were very pleasant. There was no elevator and we were placed on the third floor, although to be fair the distance between the first and second floor is really only half a flight of stairs.

Rooms were clean. Good location and ample parking. Fixtures, furniture, and aesthetic are second-hand, woefully out of date, and deteriorating.

This place is an absolute dump. Perhaps the dirtiest windows I’ve ever seen. Stains in bedding. Food from someone else’s previous stay in the microwave. Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Nasty bathroom. Looks like it hasn’t been renovated or maintained since the 1990s.

I like that it is not a typical chain hotel. It has that regional ambiance that makes it more personable.

Front office and reception folks including manager were courteous and understanding There was no meal facility but for packaged foods served over breakfast. No laundry facility for long stayers. Value for money ? Housekeeping staff ? for they would clean room only when told. Tremendous muck and filth below the bed, wonder when hotel did deep cleaning. Carpets from hall to the ones in the room lacked proper sanitation. AC is old, now swings and I am not sure if air vent was also clean.
