the place was dirty. there were people hanging outside and in the hallways i don’t even know if they were people staying there. my first room was dirty, toilet was broke and curtains didn’t close. they changed my room and there was a drain and cigarette hole and black things all on my bed. the lady at the front desk was the only good thing i can say about this place she was kind and understood i was not comfortable staying there with my kid! she assisted me in a refund.

Value for the price. Location is excellent. Right where lots of restaurants and mall is.

Our first room was not renovated. It was in terrible condition. We were able to switch to a better room that was renovated. I was told I checked in ear

You get what you pay for but I was expecting a bit more for $160. The room smelled bad. The carpet was dingy and damp. No blankets on the beds, just a sheet and the questionably clean comforter. There was a pile of underwear and other stuff in a corner of the hallway.

Suspicious people wondering around the parking lot. Police car patrol in the parking lot. Not recommended.

Now the not-so-good: Every time I went to the lobby, I had to track down the employee (normally standing out front). There is no breakfast (just wrapped junk food to pick up), no coffee in the room, the hallways are rough, the bathroom needs a remodel (peeling paint, slow drain, broken toilet seat, nasty stains on doors, rotting mirror, sink handle broken, missing knobs. If you are looking for a crash pad, this place is fine. If you are looking for a weekend retreat with your spouse, look elsewhere.

Clean rooms but facilities are in need of renovation. Limited breakfast, only packaged snacks with tea and coffee. Working air conditioning kept the room cool.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We also loved the pool and hot tub, open 10 am - 10 pm

The room was dirty. It could definitely have used some paint. The staff gave me a box of tissues when I asked for napkins. They did give me extra washcloths when I asked.

The room was in terrible condition. I washed filth from the head board area of the bed. There were toenails in the floor near head of bed. The curtains were off the hooks and could not be closed. The lighting outside the building was aimed at my room window and caused a constant bright light all night! The heat would not turn on to warm the room .

People super nice, unlike people seeing outsiders coming in, all very accommodating.

Room was very outdated, but clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating with extra pillows and things despite being fully booked for the night. Would stay again for another overnight trip to Burlington area.

Average hotel. The sign is poorly lit, so it's easy to drive past it in the dark.

Location is good its a no frills Inn so all the basics are met . Don't expect anything extra. Staff at check in was very helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Plenty of parking, convenient location. It's an old building and had some issues to be attended to. The room could have been a little cleaner. The beds were fairly comfortable. It was good for the one night we stayed there. The people were great.
