This Hilton is under construction. The elevator was not operable at times. The parking ramp was also semi closed. The room is adequate, not up to a Hilton standard. The room does not come with breakfast bar and you will be lucky to find a cup for your complimentary coffee that is offered on the floors where your room is located. I met guest from other floors searching for a cup. Also the customer service was nominally adequate. Not exactly a happy welcome, glad you are here. As far as the location, it is convenient to the beautiful bicycle path and beaches. However, if you venture out to the Church street shopping and dining area be for warned that it is a shady area riddled with homeless people and drug alley s.

Fabulous location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the complementary water/coffee station on our floor. It was so convenient and helpful. Parking was very easy (and free!) and there are EV chargers available. If I had to critique one thing, it would be that there is no spa. I would’ve killed for a massage!

The view of the lake was nice Overall a little disappointed in a Hilton room

All said i 100% think this is a great property to stay at , an excellent value and excellent amenities and recommend it couple or families

Location and facilities were great. This is the only hotel I have been to that does not at least provide coffee/tea for guests in the lobby. Guests must stand on a line to buy coffee at the hotel cafe. The coffee remains typical hotel lobby coffee (poor quality) at $3.50/small cup. The hotel does provide a $10 credit to either the cafe or the restaurant, so the intention is good. But the line for a single cup of coffee was quite long and required manually writing in room number, name and signature for each person. I recommend the hotel offer their basic coffee/tea in the lobby to free up the line in the cafe as other hotels do.

Clean and appears recently renovated.

Property itself is amazing and so central to everything. Staff is very helpful. We didn't go to the onsite restaurant but it looked really fun. Room was fine but bed was uncomfortable and the prices at Lilly Mays were crazy even for a hotel

The worst 500 USD night I've ever paid for. The room was not ready when we checked in at 4 pm, and instead of being apologetic for the situation, the staff were rude and told us they'd call us when the room is ready. Call us while we are doing what? With tons of luggage and it raining cats and dogs outside, we sat in the lobby and waited for housekeeping to resolve the situation. Funny enough, checkout is at 11, so housekeeping had five hours to clean the room. A smile doesn't cost much, but both ladies at the counter refused a smile, no matter what. The view from the lakeview room on the 7th floor was beautiful, but the coffee machines on floors 4-7 were out of service, so we had to take the elevator down to floor 3 to get coffee (why no coffee machines in the rooms?). The TV in our room didn't work. When I called the front desk about it, the answer wasn't "oh, I am sorry to hear that, let me send someone up". It was a rude "Oh, no one else has complained". Definitely not worth the money, and I'd rather stay at a rough-looking motel where they at least greet you with a smile than at this place where friendliness was not part of the policy. This place is a disgrace to Hilton.

Great gym and we liked the water available on each floor. Coffee was worse than usual though. Great location but surprised to pay for parking.
-
Great hotel very conveniently located. I would advise that the Church Street location is somewhat questionable to walk around alone at night.

This property was overpriced and the staff were friendly but not very competent. On arrival, they did have the room I had booked and proceeded to tell us we did not have the breakfast either despite my having paid for the appropriate room and breakfast. After finding my proof of payment, they acquiesced and confirmed our breakfast. The breakfast was from a cafe upstairs not served at a restaurant and it was some of the worst coffee I've ever had. Finally, I was disappointed to be awakened by landscaping on the hotel grounds at 7am on the morning of our stay. Great location, but fancy cheap unfortunately.

Parking in the garage was simple and the hotel was situated well for all we wanted to do in Burlington from downtown strolling and eating to walks by Lake Champlain!
-
Great location, nice gym. Overall staff great with a few exceptions. Didnt care for housekeeping every other day. No where to throw food away in the room so I put it in hallway. It stayed there for 24+ hours.
-
Decent room. The view was amazing over the lake. Easy spot to walk to local shops and dining
-
Our room was not ready until 5 PM despite the 4 PM check in time. The hotel itself is very nice and close to the lake. There is a separate fee for parking also.
-
Parking was easy and the room was very clean. Great location. Close to everything and walkable. The VIEW of the lake was amazing!

Perfect place if you want to spend time on the waterfront! Parking was great. Check-in was easy. Rooms are very clean and we had a great view of the lake!
