For major holidays be proactive about maintenance and get your elevators fixed.

The bathroom was very small and dark. No hooks to hang clothing while showering. Otherwise very nice.

Room wasn't ready until 2 hrs after check in. Sheets were dirty and had to be replaced.

Easy parking. Nice coffee/tea bar on the floor. Spacious clean rooms. Vouchers to help pay for breakfast.

The view of the hotel was great and check in was quick. The coffee on the floor was blah and I prefer my own machine in my room.

Wonderful staff and clean, comfortable room. Lily May’s Cafe had great food and fantastic buffet. Highly recommend the maple iced latte!

Cons: no place to hang towels in rooms; no help with luggage; parking garage does not accommodate roof racks; no free wifi; not enough outlets in room; ice/beverage station out of items (like cups and no cups in rooms) all floors. Overpriced considering these basic omits.

Room was clean and attractive. Arrived during a storm and staff let us check in early. Did not drink at bar or breakfast in the hotel. Staff at desk could be more helpful with information regarding things to do in the hotel and location of swimming pool, gym, etc. They seemed uncomfortable discussing what was not available on their computer.

Excellent location. Room carpet needs updating. Shower was small. No coffee in room. Bed was comfy. Pillows too big for me but i brought my own. Breakfast coupon was nice. Parking was o.k. Cafe food was greasy and sugary for the most part. They did have a few ‘healthy’ options. Property is on a hill so not ideal for handicapped going for walks or checking out neighborhood. Window lake views are spectacular!

The breakfast was terrible, very expensive for a small buffet. We wanted to ride bikes but they only have unisex models that are not anything a shorter woman could ride. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
