There was a person above us that was summa wrestlers above us all night. After a couple hours sleep they woke us up at 4:30 am with the same noise. We left at 5:00 am because it was so bad.

The property is very old and can definitely use an upgrade, however the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable, and I have stayed there a few different times.
-
Courtyard has a large BBQ area
-
Great simple breakfast, clean room with comfortable bed and super friendly and helpful staff.
-
Worse in the summer with the sun rising at 6am and filling our room.
-
It was very clean easy to get to and quiet.
-
Although and older property it was clean and good location. The rooms were a little outdated but clean
-
The property was accessible from I5 exit and the staff are all nice!
-
Bed bugs in the rooms! I can provide pictures if needed. This place was absolutely disgusting

The room was large, clean and the dishes/ cooking area were ready to go. Everything was clean and in its place. This was a big reason we chose to stay at Cocusa, access to our own cooking space. We were not disappointed. Especially when we found out we could bbq in the courtyard! The lighting in the room worked really well for the space and made it feel more welcoming. We ran into 3 issues. The biggest issue was the bed. The sheets were scrachy, and I hated them against my skin. The firmness of the bed left me aching but my husband slept okay. The second issue was the smell when we walked in the door. It was a mix between stale air and almost pets. We opened the window, turned on the room fan, and sprayed a little fabreeze from the car. It cleared it up. We had requested the air to be turned before our arrival. I know this was a request and not an expectation but it would have probably cut this issue out entirely. Lastly, the available plug-ins. The layout for the open plug-ins were all away from the bed/night stands. In the kitchen area far side by the desk area, but nothing easily accessible for medical devices needed on the nightstand. We unplugged the clock they had to use it for our device. Also the cord for the device is long and if we would have used an open plug-in it would have turned the cord into a safety hazard.

I'm glad I'm only sleeping here and checking out early because Jet (no name tag but thats what another guest called him) was incredibly rude. I booked one reservation for 2 rooms but had 4 separate charges as they "couldn't be bundled." I then requested bottom floor rooms as we had a dog and a handicapped person with us. I was told no because "those aren't the rooms you reserved" so I asked about an elevator. They don't have one and when I explained that since they didn't have an elevator they should have ADA compliant rooms on the bottom level, Jet told me "you should have thought about that before booking." I have never had an issue booking and requesting ADA rooms with any other hotel. Chain hotels or small town motels before. I'm so glad we didn't have to bring our wheelchair because this hotel is useless for those who are handicapped, there is apparently no accommodations or assistance. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

No hot food except for coffee or hot chocolate, scrambled eggs and toast would be awesome. The mat before entering the room should be vacuumed, little door/smell when you go inside the room. The staff are very accommodating, helpful and nice to talk to. No shower curtain in the bathroom, no drainage on the bathroom floor as the water from the shower is flowing or coming out from the shower which doesn’t have a curtain.

Court yard was great!!! Room was clean. Overall was fantastic. No blow dryer in the room. Should have planned better. The lighting in the main room was poor. And traffic was loud. Not the motels problem
-
Friendly staff. Very helpful. The electric outlets were few and difficult to use.
-
Good breakfast. Quiet room.
-
Very good breakfast. Nice grounds.
-
It being an old hotel, had all sorts of problems. The drainage leaked in front of our rooms, over flew a little into our bath tub. Toilet was clogged because of this issue.
-
I liked the garden and breakfast The loud train at 4am lol
-
Friendly staff, easy check in. Many choices for breakfast. Room was clean and air conditioner worked well. Landscaping is beautiful in the court yard.

Rooms can be darkish (I don’t tend to spend much time in my room, so not an issue for me). Decor can be slightly dated if you care about such things (I really don’t). Coffee was weak. I don’t think it’s much to ask for a little stronger coffee, even if it’s just Folgers or Kirkland.
