Reviews

Pet friendly and the room was clean. Easy to get to things around it. New girl at the desk was super friendly.
-
The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. The staff were extremely friendly.
-
Clean room, great staff! Would visit again!
-
Convenient location. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Early morning construction sounds next door were disappointing, but no fault of the hotel.

It was a great hotel

Upon checking into our room, we immediately noticed a faint smell of vomit. We hoped the odor would dissipate while we went out for dinner, but it persisted and was unfortunately amplified once we turned on the heater. Furthermore, we were unable to sleep for most of the night due to an extreme amount of noise coming from the unit directly above us. From approximately 10:00 PM until 7:15 AM, there was constant stomping and banging; at one point, it sounded as though power tools were being used. The disturbance was so severe that I would be surprised if there wasn't damage to the flooring or walls of that unit. I want to specifically commend the young woman working at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and professional, doing everything within her power to assist us. She attempted to call the room multiple times and even went upstairs to knock on the door to no avail. At 3:30 AM, she offered to move us to a different room, but there were no double-bed rooms available. While there was a suggestion of adding a roll-away bed to a single-bed room, this was not a viable solution for us after having already been kept awake for the majority of the night. As I was traveling with a professional colleague, sharing a bed was not an option, and the logistics of a room move and bed setup at that hour were not feasible

i liked the laundry room being able to do laundry where your staying is a game changer!! theirs not anywhere for the dogs to play or really go to the loo and one front desk girl was snooty and she canceled my credit card when i let her look at my bank app when paying she canceled my card !! took me weeks to get it re sent very upset about that wondered if it was a accident or NOT ???

You feel like your home. No one bothers you. It's quiet. And as long as u follow the rules everything's great. People with the bigger dogs let their dogs poop everywhere and not pick up after their dog.

The room was huge (must be for salesmen or other workers needing multi day stay. Had room, living room & kitchenette) and was clean & comfortable. The lady at the reception desk was very friendly. The price was ridiculous! For almost $280/night - no ice machines except behind reception desk & a pathetic icemaker in fridge in room that made 8 cubes while I slept. No breakfast offered. Did not feel like my car was safe parked in their parking lot.

Loved having a kitchen in room (oven would have been nice, but understandable), great sized room, comfy bed. Couch was a bit sagged in middle, but the recliner was very good. Office chair could use an update as well.

Laundry A bit dirtyy shower would flood the entire bathroom
-
Yes the room was in decent shape and clean but there needs to be updated with newer furniture

Room was very nice,,,"the staff even better". I would recommend this facility. It is also quiet, but for the distant train whistle on occasion which was of no consequence. There is also a quite good sushi restaurant within walking distance.
-
The staff was super helpful and polite. The room was a good size and layout well-designed. Beds were super comfy. Additionally, the noise level was low so sleeping was easy-peesy. Honestly, other than the need for a bit of an overall upgrade to the carpet and some of the public areas, not really anything. And the signage on the side street could use some illumination.

Room was quite clean & comfortable and also quiet. The office staff (check-in lady) made 2 trips up to the room in an effort to get the television to operate properly (very much appreciated). She was very apologetic and quite pleasant doing this. The system appeared to correct it self by the next morning.

Clean and spacious room. Very helpful staff.

Wi-Fi and Cable TV with premium channels No wired internet. Provided a password for Wi-Fi which would lead one to believe Wi-Fi was secure, although it was not. Norton notification would pop up on both phone and computer stating this as well. TV remote indicates Netflix is available, which it is not. Premium Channels- why would they not include Root Sports to enjoy the regions MLB team, The Mariners? Expedia should update “Amenities” on their site to reflect what really is available. Extremely disappointing
