The room was amazing. We had a lot of space to maneuver our suitcases and bags. In addition, the room was pristine. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast had many choices.

Breakfast was excellent. Stayed there 2 nights and rooms were roomy and comfy. Great location to Mt Baker and North Cascades National Park. If you are there, eat at The train wreck brewery and visit the Speak Easy. Many restaurants nearby. Nothing.

We've stayed here 3 times before. The hotel is showing some age. Staff were ok, size of the room is excellent and location is superb.

One elevator was kind of inconvenient.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Everything was fine.

Reserved a room with a king bed and pull out bed. They did not have linens for the pull out bed saying that they were out. This means we had no blankets. I essentially rented an unusable bed. The teenage hotel staff was not helpful at all in solving the problem. They refused to call management because they “don’t like to bother them”. Once I insisted, the manager told them they could take 25% off the stay. We slept in the room with the heat up, due to no blankets. We survived. I have yet to see any discount, but was told a note was left for a manger to do it.

Very roomy. The suite was large and the bathroom was huge.

Very well kept property. Fantastic hot breakfast, and great amenities in the room. A little "hidden" from the freeway, but easy enough to find.
