Please turn on AC and fridge before guest arrives so it can be cool at arrival especially during summer months. It was hot in there when we arrived. Disappointed. It took a long while to cool room and wasn’t cool enough throughout the night.

Room is spacious, bed was pretty comfy, great water pressure from the shower A/C unit was kind of loud and noisy, fridge and microwave were unplugged

Convenient location in Burnet. Hot water is good and bed is comfortable. When I made the reservation through Booking.com, the charge was $187.87. When I checked in, the charge was $201.98.

Room was fairly clean. AC was loud and short cycling. Sink drain was very slow. Room was very dark. Lighter color paint and better lighting would help tremendously. Price was right!

Good location, the owner has done a great job updating an old motel. Due to cinder block construction the room was cold.
