The staff was very nice and made you feel at home there. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice! The breakfast was good.

We stayed one night while in Burnet for our fishing staycation trip. Clean room and bed. Pretty close to Kingsland and Marblefalls. Hot breakfast was good. You park right in front of your room so it’s convenient.

The room seemed clean. The cleaning solution was very strong in the room. It was hard to be in the room. Something in the sheets was very strong.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only real issue was operating the air conditioner. There seemed to be three settings: cool, heat, and dry. It was on "dry" when we arrived and it was very cold in the room. Changing the temperature setting did not make a difference. I tried switching to "cool" which did make it less frigid, but it also weirdly made the room feel more humid. We were never able to get it adjusted to a comfortable setting. During the night I changed it back to the "dry" setting to make things less humid, but despite setting the temperature setting to 72, when we got up in the morning the room temperature was actually at 55 degrees. Though the beds were comfortable, there just wasn't a heavy enough comforter or blanket to keep you warm and able to sleep.

Since we visited in summer and room In first floor, small insects are comes in when you open the door for sometime. And we see small roaches too, which made kids uncomfortable

Pool doesn't work but it's a pretty clean place and enjoyed my both stays there

This motel is old and tired but maintained. The mattress was very hard, you have to request a coffee maker if you want one in the room and towels just ok.

This hotel/motel was very well kept and it was very convenient to have access to the car right outside our room. The breakfast included was also nice, although we didn’t take advantage of the amenity.

This cozy motel was a great little place to stay. The room felt comfortable and welcoming, and the bed was especially comfy after a long day of travel. Everything was quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Well Best Western has nixed the room coffee makers and coffee products…but you may request a coffee maker and coffee if you choose to have it in your room.

The first stay was so nice we decided to stay another night with this hotel when choosing to stay another day property searching in the area. The staff are kind and helpful and the rooms are so clean, fresh smelling and very comfortable! The breakfast is homemade and served by an attendant in the morning.

Beds were horrible making creeking sounds all nights.. got skin rash for all the family after sleeping there

Front desk was helpful. The room smelled like mold, no coffee maker, water pressure was extremely low and NO Wifi

We will stay here again when we come to visit our daughter. The next time I have found our hideaway for when we visit I loved it. Everything was perfect. I will be back and I will ask for the same room because it was perfect from the end.

Had overnight stay at this property. Very clean and friendly staff. Not far from Burnet downtown which was nice to visit.
