Comfort Inn & Suites Burnet

it was great. was able to get a good nights sleep with little to no noise.

I live 10 minutes from the property and had my AC go out so I got a room rather than suffer through the heat. I purchased a twelve pack of beer and drank two beers and accidentally left the beer in the the fridge and called the hotel hoping to return to retrieve and was told it was thrown out.

All the staff have been Amazing! Especially the front desk lady!!! We just love her. Thanks for making our emergency stay wonderful for our family.

When we got there we were a late check in. The night auditor was trying to help a guest that had no hot water in his room. She had to call the manager to check us in. Once we were finally checked in we went to our room and had to come back and asked for blankets as we had none on our beds. Mind you we were ready to lay down after a long drive didnt check anything else. The ac stopped working and the 2nd night our children found empty beer cans under their bed ..... so explain how the room was cleaned . Got told the manager will address it. Our TV remote didnt work amd again the ac kept not working ... every 10 mins we would have to turn it on .... have not heard from the manager at this location. I am very unhappy with this loc

Very disappointed. Drove 4+ hours in 100 degree weather and the pool was out of service with no advance notice. Staff were confused - one said it was under massive chemical shock, another said it was open to use, then later said it was closed and she wasn't made aware it was down. No swimming in this heat. Would not recommend, hotel also looked very dirty outside and in. Tv/ac wiring cables were loose in the room. Was not offered any credit and was told the manager would contact me about this inconvenience and was never contacted.

I was chartered 150 for extra housekeeping because my 82 year old mom got sick and we had to use the towels to clean the floor. We also had to call 911 to help her get out of the floor so yea charge me 150 for having to wash the towels maybe twice real sad .

Short stay for us but was perfect for what we needed.

Lost hot water one day

This hotel was much better than the last one we stayed at in the area. The room was cleaner. The staff were nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

Handicap parking was not as close as the “Choice hotel members” was. Needs to be switched. Staff very friendly. Room nice

Nice large room, the staff was friendly and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. Plenty of parking.

Clean room. Parking was not a problem. Breakfast was breakfast as expected. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Clean room with no issues. Only issue I had was not being able to get receipt for the stay.

The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. All around this was a very good hotel stay. The room and the bathroom were large. AC was ice cold. Everything was clean, as if it was prepared just for me. Nothing

This hotel is awful, do not stay here. Broken electrical outlets, nobody refilled the shampoo bottle in the shower, I reserved a specific type of room a month ahead of time and then they had given my room away to somebody else before I got there and didn't even apologize. That was the second time I stayed at this property, but I won't go back there ever again and I don't recommend it at all. Shameful. Also there were people at the pool very late and they were talking loudly.
