Staff was nice but the room definitely showed the low price. Tv didn't work, blanket had stains on it even after room service came in, and the bathroom door had a Crack through it.

Room was clean, hot tub was fantastic after a long day at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival. Shower was great. Good water pressure I was surprised by the full size fridge in our room. Rates were very affordable.

Our bedspread on both beads had multiple and large burn holes in them, and the towels had stains. I mean, it wasnt what as nice as the add made it sound and look. There is a hot tub and pool, but never used them. The free breakfast was supposed to be fresh donuts or muffins available in the lobby. We had to ask about it, and they brought out a couple of Hostess packages of small muffins and coffee cake squares. BUT, it was only like $75 an night for 2 queen beds. It wouldnt have been so bad if the bedspread didn't look so bad!

The hotel had a sketchy feel when I arrived. The front door is poorly lit & looks like a back/side door. The woman working behind the counter was polite. She was the only employee I interacted with, so few opinions & no complaints there. But the hotel was not worth the price. The room was dirty. The floor hadn't been swept and there was makeup (foundation powder/bronzer and some blush) all over the sink and toilet from previous guests, so obviously nothing got sanitized after them. I was traveling in a white hoodie and am grateful I didn't end up with any stains. Can't help but imagine how angry I would have been if I had been a professional traveling for work & ended up with makeup on my work clothes. The bed sheets had stains that made me wonder if they had been changed since the last guest. Luckily I didn't find any evidence of bugs. The room was small, the bed was uncomfortable (way too stiff), & the mattress slide around on it's foundation every time I got into bed. They placed a seating area just 10-15 ft outside the room I was in even though there's an entire lobby just 20 ft away down the stairs. So someone was on their phone outside my door the entire night. I was already unimpressed, but I didn't get angry until the next morning when I found out that the included free "breakfast" was the choice of a packaged honey bun or a sleeve of packaged powdered doughnuts...and that was it. No other food. They stopped restocking them before breakfast hours were over.

Nice staff, let us check in early. Clean rooms. Pool and hot tub was nice and clean. Cheap but no problems!!

Continental breakfast were cheap packages of donuts. But the coffee was good and the hot tub was fantastic! Great price for a clean, nice room. Beds were comfy.

It was a places to lay the head at the end of the night. Breakfast could be better but there the hot tib was good

The room was alright, but it definitely shows the age of the hotel. The “free” breakfast was a couple choices of prepackaged items like mini donuts or honeybuns.

Good basic room, hot tub was nice but too much chlorine. Clean rooms.

Everything was wonderful from the pool and hot tub to beds and parking.

Never again. Bugs, musky smell, weird stains, says breakfast daily we were down for it at various times between 730-9 every single day and apparently was first come first serve and nothing left. Pool freezing and pool and hot tub looked like haven’t been cleaned in idk how long. Some other grown guests stole my child’s ball in pool even after seeing them do it they denied it and later brought it back the next day after being called out and told it’s on camera…these grown women sat calling a child names and obscene comments. Couldn’t sleep at all with all the construction trucks starting at 3-4 am slamming doors . Had I not prepaid for my stay and not be in spot to wait for refund 14 days as I was told I would have def left. Was promised late check out just one hour later so j could close on house and come back get remainder is things yet somehow wasn’t noted keys disabled, housekeeping banging beginning at 1108!!!

The lobby was very clean, the staff was friendly. Our room was clean. The pool was open until 11 which was nice.
