Great spacious room, bathroom showing a little age. Breakfast area was nice.

Rooms are always clean, beds are comfy, the breakfast is always good, friendly staff and great hidden quiet location. I always book here now! The only downside is the small tubs and low shower heads, but it can definitely be looked past

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was convenient for what we needed. There were splatters of something on the lampshade next to the bed, the faucet for the tub/shower was discolored with what looked like mold.

I have pimples on my head and when I scratch them, they bleed. When I travel, I bring my own sheet and pillowcase, so I don't damage hotel property. Still, I make some small bloodstains, no matter how careful I am, and feel ashamed. Is it still an accident? I tried to talk to them about some stains and the assistant manager and general manager were unsympathetic, almost vindictive, like they want to punish guests instead of deducting the actual amount of a cheap pillowcase. They mentioned a $25 minimum for damages, half of the $50 deposit. Their attitude made me wonder if the hotel tries to turn a profit off guest damage. In the end, they forgave it and will refund my full deposit, but in the process I've stated to doubt their integrity. Apparently, most guests who do a little damage don't bring it to the front desk and try to settle it. As if they don't expect anyone will find out. The pillow had a pillow protector. It's seems odd to bring my own pillow protector to go over their pillowcase and pillow protector and to put away 3 of their 4 pillows in the closet, so I don't confuse it with the pillow that has my pillow case on it. People must pee in the beds, crap in the beds and women have menstruation. Hotels need to educate their customers, so we know how to handle ourselves. I'm sure other travelers must have issues.

Very nice place to stay, easy to find, front desk was very accommodating. I would stay again.

It is located on the out skirts of Burnsville in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to important places like the MOA and the Renaissance Festival. It was only a short drive to the park and ride for the Festival. Also right next to a great bar and grill with excellent food at a reasonable price. Loved that is was pet friendly and very accommodating for said pets. Very reasonable price wise for pets and pet policy is straight forward and not overly strict. The staff was friendly and accommodating with requests and needs. The bathrooms though updated nicely are a little small in standard rooms and shower heads are too low for the average person. Sound proofing could use some work with being a pet friendly hotel. Our dogs bark and I could hear them half way down the hall. The breakfasts could be a little better with better and more protein choices. It was mostly bakery items and cereal choices.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast area was kept very neat and clean The air-conditioner was very loud. There wasn't a good place to sit and be comfortable while watching TV or just relaxing.
