LivINN Hotel Minneapolis South / Burnsville

The rooms were very clean and updated, was easy access from the freeway, well maintained property.

The hotel and our individual room were all extremely clean. The breakfast had many options that were of high quality and great tasting. Our only problem was we had a shower that did not work in our room (for 2 nights). Our bathtub did work, but the diverter knob pulled right out of the faucet. We notified the front desk after our first night's stay (first thing in the morning) and we were given the impression it was going to be fixed that day. We stayed a second night with a broken shower. :(

Quick stay on my way home, worth the value!

This is a nice clean place. It is well maintained. Our room was quiet. The breakfast was above average. Our only concern was a high level of humidity on the 1st and 2nd floors. Since we stayed in August, the air conditioning was running, our room was cool, but the air was damp. The bathroom exhaust was also not functioning, The upper floors seemed drier. Management needs to look into the humidity issue.

Stayed in room 410 which was facing the highway which was decently loud, asked for the quieted room and they gave me that room. Breakfast was decent, hey its included stop complaining. The area wasn't bad but wasn't good. Very affordable. The bathroom fan ran non stop so it was loud unless you closed the bathroom door which fixed that issue. The bed was not bad slept ok when you actually fell asleep. Only complaint is the noise level from the cars on the highway.

The hotel is easily accessible off an interstate highway. The property seems to have been renovated recently. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and we had no issues during our 3-night stay. The breakfast was average. Overall, I give 5 stars considering the nightly rate.

Front desk was friendly and inviting. We were given a room that was already occupied when we entered it. But the front desk switched our rooms quickly. The breakfast ladies were very friendly and did a great job of keeping things filled and cleaned.

Hotel was clean and great for the price. I have stayed in places that were not nearly as nice as this but were more expensive. Staff were friendly. Front desk lady was pleasant, room cleaners were nice. Anything that I noticed that was not nice (for example damage to elevator) would have been caused by previous idiot guests.

My friend and I were going to a concert near Burnsville and were looking for a nice place to stay that wasn't super expensive. I've stayed at LivINN in the past and I never had any issues and thought it would be a good place to stay. My friend and I had a great stay with no issues. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. Even though we were only here for a night, we would definitely stay here again in the future.
