The breakfast was amazing. Just needed a place to sleep but this place was awesome
-
Overall, great service.
-
Breakfast was nice - coffee was great, and they had a couple gluten free options, so that was helpful.
-
Decent amount of variety for breakfast choices, including waffle maker.

Do not stay here. This property is completely under construction and every floor is impacted. Pool is closed, “gym” has a broken treadmill and smells like it’s never had air, the “business center” has one computer and it doesn’t even have internet. It’s filthy, unsafe (exposed wires, doors that do not lock, leaking ceilings, dead bugs, etc ) and the workers and management didn’t seem to care or address any concerns brought to them, especially when a stranger walked into our room. Hotel photos on this site do not show how this property currently looks in person except for the front lobby and breakfast area when you walk in the door to check in. Turn the corner and it’s an entirely different experience! The city currently has an application on file for this property to be turned into a mental institution. They should just shut it down now based on the condition and lack of care from the staff and manager. Hilton should be ashamed to be running a hotel in this condition under their umbrella. I’ve contacted corporate to report issues and OSHA and other organizations will be next.

The hotel lobby was clean and looked like it was fairly new. The rest of the hotel is under construction. Which it definately needs. Room was clean but old. Bed was rough. Could feel springs.

The reason we booked this hotel was because it had a pool was a get together with my adult children and their children, which would be my grandchildren and they were not able to use the pool because it was being renovated, but was not told that during the reservation only found out once we were there in our room on the first floor air conditioner was not working properly smelled stale, musty, water, black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, black mold on the wall by the table and black mold all over in the air conditioner returned home with sore throat just a very stinky room

Property should be condemned. Unclean and staff was rude!
-
Room was clean, with excellent amenities. Breakfast was great - we did a "grab and go" as we had a very early morning flight.
-
The whole building was under construction

Half the hotel is under renovation and the other half is in terrible shape. Pool is under renovation as well. Most of the employees were nice except for the overnight staff (Lyle). He was swearing and video tapping employees and minors without permission. Never met a more rude employee in my life. Hotel needs a lot of work and not kept up well. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Fairfield Inn next door.

Don't stay here. Not sure how this hotel could be considered a Hampton Inn. This hotel is literally falling apart. The hotel is damp. The shower was falling apart. The pool had a literal hazmat sign across it. I checked out early and found other accommodations.

Staff was nice. Hotels is very outdated. Pool and hot tub were closed. Only 1 elevator worked and it was slow. Place needs a facelift pretty bad.
-
Staff was nice fair price. The place is currently undergoing a remodel. We were one of few on our floor as most rooms had signs saying "under construction", and the mess of such work was evident. The pool and hot tub room are undergoing a remodel as well- Wish booking.com had shared that tidbit when we got their deal?? Not what I usually expect from a Hampton.

Above and beyond
-
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was under construction but that was fully disclosed. I was offered free snacks in the room, an unusual and generous offer. Breakfast was available until 10:00 am, a real plus for me. I would stay there again
-
A/C didn’t cool the room well. The room was a little warmer than I would like but that was as cool as it got. Hotel under construction for remodeling
-
One of the best Hotel in town.
-
The hotel is under renovations. No pool, dirty common areas, elevator had only one working, and maid service was lacking. Do not recommend until after renovations are completed.

This hotel should be closed. The hotel is under construction and should not be open for guests. The air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast area does bot work at all our air conditioner in our room could not keep up so it was very hot. Exposed wiring was everywhere! Our bathroom door wouldn't even close and the bathroom light flickered the entire time. The pool and spa were also under construction. Our TV in the room did not even work and the management was not helpful! Hilton should be embarrassed to be operating a hotel in this state!!
